At first I was hesitant about going to the salon in the airport, but Dora is a great stylist, very sweet lady! Did a great job on my hair and even offered me to stay and relax until my flight. Definitely worth it!
Wouldn’t change a thing about my experience.

Omg… Rick + Upright Chair Massage + Foot Massage + Electric Massage Chair = most unbelievable layover of my life. If you are flying out of a different terminal, take the tram to see Rick. It will be the best decision of your day. (Seriously, it was that good)

Everyone was really friendly and professional. I did a mani. All the chairs and nice massage chairs and the ambience is really calm. After your service you can sit and relax for as long as you want to. Cost is slightly more than some salons, but it’s at the airport and it’s convenient. I feel like my money was better spent here than at the priority pass lounge. This is my new favorite spot at DFW.

It’s so convenient to be able to get a pedicure in between flights! Too often I run out of time to go to the nail salon before a trip… I was excited to see my flight left out of D25, just 3 gates away from this mini salon. Tracy was the BEST! So friendly, funny, and made my toes shiny as ever. She is WONDERFUL!
I knocked off a star because, like everything at an airport, the prices are a little inflated. It’s to be expected, sure, but that makes this pedicure «four star» to me. Even though Tracy is a 5-​star technician. :)
I can’t wait to see these toes in the sand in a few hours!

Stopping after an 11 he red eye, I had 5 hrs to kill before my next flight. I got a 30 min neck and shoulder massage to work out some of the tension from trying to sleep on the plane. My therapist saw how tired I was and offered the massage recliner to stay in «as long as you like.» Even offered a very cozy blanket. It totally reclines and I fell asleep very quickly. Very friendly and kind. They made an unpleasant part of travel, pleasant.

Great stop for some pre flight pampering. especially if you’re on your way home. Traveling is stressful and it helps a lot to have a massage!

Got stuck in Dallas on a layover to NY & ended up delayed a few hours. Rick at XpresSpa gave me an amazing chair massage while I killed time– he was the best! Don’t hesitate to pop in if you’re in the terminal. He also extended use of their massage chairs complimentary after my massage. from where I am now writing this review.

Worst massage of my life. I am not normally someone to write to customer service emails about poor service but in all of the years I’ve been getting massages and personal care treatments I have never had an experience similar to yesterday. The male masseuse who I am pretty sure didn’t go to any sort of massage school basically just poked some fingers and elbows at me for 15 minutes. On top of that I felt super uncomfortable that as part of a back and neck massage in an upright chair, his hands made their way down past my hips and that several times he had my hands graze him inappropriately. I didn’t say anything while there because I was late for a flight and didn’t have time to get into it with a manager but I am left never wanting to return to an xpress spa ever again. I would like to hope that this sort of thing was a one-​off but I’m no world was that ever worth $ 40.

Commenting on NAIL services only. Massage customers all seem to be very pleased. It’s one thing to be quick, it’s another to be sloppy. Polish job is very messy, not worth the money.

I had to write the review in hindsight just to be certain that my opinions were accurate. To start, they were welcoming. Since it’s not really a full service salon and they cater more to massages and quick pop ins, there was about a 15 minute wait even though I was the only client waiting. When my nail tech started on me, she was friendly enough to my liking. Once again, it is not a full service salon; so they don’t have the standard pedicure chairs and they bring out the water in a large foot basin. It looked clean but I didn’t see the sanitation process. However, they did use new tools when manicuring my nails and feet. I requested the xpress mani/​pedi so it wasn’t the detailed pampering I’m used to but it got the job done. My main compliment is that they use quality polish and the paint job lasted 5 days!

Let me start by saying that I am a massage veteran and have had therapists that run the gamut from amazing to terrible. I love strong pressure and a firm touch which is exactly what I recieved from Clementine at the E Terminal today. This lady knows her stuff and had me feeling like putty after 10 mins. Cons: Prices. My 15 min massage was $ 35, but was well worth it. Go see Clementine at GATES D18,24 and E27!

Had a 3 hour layover so thought why not get a massage and it was a great idea I got the Full body massage by John, after sitting on a plane for 3.5 hours, it was exactly what I needed! 4stars isn’t based on quality it’s based on price it is a little pricey but it is in the airport so… $ 120 for 60mins… but honestly it felt amazing! If anyone has a few hours to kill during your layover definately come to xpress spa near D18 and have a pedicure or massage!

I suppose the inflated rates are expected at the airport, but I was surprised an disappointed with what was included. During a long layover on my way to Cancun, I decide to get a pedicure. While typically I spend around $ 30 for a 30 minute pedi (including brief leg and foot massage) the Xpress Spa version was $ 45, their basic pedi, and no massage at all was included. After a brief soak and scrub (no pumice, more of a sandpaper type thing) she trimmed and painted my nails. Not including dry time, it took about 15 minutes. For an additional $ 20, I could have gotten what I’m used to at a regular nail salon. Next time I’ll spend my layover time spending money at the bar.

Really its not cheap as all other airports service, but they get the job done and it is great way to start your vacation.
They are nice enough to let me chill on their super nice massage chair when they can’t fit me in for a messages for free. I still left a tip though.
It is a nice way to splurge a little.

Had a 3 hour layover and decided to give it a shot. Locations at A an D terminals. Decided to go to D terminal because it always seems quieter.
Went with a neck and shoulder for 20 minutes. Just enough time to make me forget I was in an airport. John was pretty good at applying deep pressure. However, it just made me wish I could see my regular MT back home.
Minus stars for price (PRICEY!) and noise (I was more bothered by the staff’s conversations than I was bothered by the noise from travelers). If I have another long layover, aching/​sore muscles, and I had the funds… I would consider coming back.

Update: I was contacted about my experience and the corporate customer service office was very concerned about the level of service and quality. They assured me that it was not the typical experience and made me feel better about possibly going there again. I would give them another shot if I was in a pinch and I’m comfortable knowing that if the experience is as bad the next time, I have a direct contact to speak with now. I’m pending a refund as well, which was greatly appreciated for my mani that barely lasted a day.

The MT was very professional, and did a good job with working out the basic knots. They were effective in getting people in and out. The downside was that they were charging in excess of $ 2 per minute, which boarders on robbery. The fact that we were a total captive audience, and AA were being their normal delayed airways made this the perfect although expensive get away.

I had a fantastic foot massage here this weekend during my 2 hour layover between La Guardia and Phx in Terminal A. I had walked past it earlier and didn’t think they had foot massages but a closer look of their menu showed they did. Prices varied on the amount of time and were pretty up there (30min cost me $ 55, minus 1 star), but, hell, my feet were so weary from walking Manhattan for 5 days, I just didn’t care.
The gal I had was super sweet and friendly and did mild chit-​chat with me until I closed my eyes and she just continued to work away. I was seated in a massage recliner which worked wonders on my back and neck while she worked on my feet. She used a hot towel, then plenty of lotion and would inquire if pressure was good every so often… I asked her to work certain muscles on my calves which she did perfectly. I was sooooo relaxed here. Great massage, friendly staff, relaxing music (you forget you’re in a very busy airport) and a true treat — would recommend!
