Great wings and fries and it is very reasonably priced. This is one of my favorite wings places. I will say though, be warned of going at sunset. It was hard to sit and enjoy because the sun was in our faces the whole time. But the food was excellent!

I go to WingStop almost 3 times a month. Because it’s a nationally franchise restaurant chain, the food is standard across the board. I can really only base this review only on customer service and atmosphere alone. The service and atmosphere are what you expect, pretty standard. I’ve had no problems with them and usually they give me extra wings on my order, can’t complain about that.

This place is not busy enough to dole out the quality that they do. I would understand being slammed and skimping here or there but come on three customers the whole time we were there. Mine and my husbands wings came with very little sauce which was disappointing, I like it so messy that my hands and face get covered in sauce. My husband was also a little disappointed about getting only one actual wing in his batch of twelve, who knew, I didn’t think there was much of a difference but apparently there is to him. On the plus side they were quick with getting it out to us and they have the awesome soda machine that the Amcs have now. So that’s a fun plus.

Décor: 3.5÷5 –Seating consists of 8 tables for 30. Service: 5⁄5 –We were told 18 mins for our order but it only took 5 mins! Food: 4⁄5 –I ordered the 20 pcs in mango habanero, lemon pepper and garlic parmesan. –I disliked their classic wings. The meat gets dry and the skin is tough. I prefer the boneless chicken however the batter is a bit much so I end up peeling most of it off. –The white meat chicken beneath is more juicy than the classic wings. –I’m a fan of the lemon pepper but not the garlic parmesan. The mango habanero has a good heat kick to it. The crispy fries get a stamp of approval in my book.

These people take forEVER. The last time I went in there with a friend, it took 30 minutes to get our order, and there were eight people in the restaurant. Were they chasing the chickens back there? I ordered boneless wings, so it shouldn’t have been THAT hard to chase the boneless chicken — it just lies there on the floor! I’ve been there four times(my boss loves the place) and every time they’re slower than death on a federal holiday, no matter how many or how few there are in the place. What’s more, the last time we were there, it was one of those recent 25-degree days, and the restaurant was freezing. Every patron had their coat on and looked miserable — and many people turned around and left. We didn’t realize how cold it was until we’d gotten in and ordered — and when we sat down we found that cold air was blowing out of the blower. I went up and asked the girl if she could please shut off the *cold* air, and she said«sorry, it’s automatic». Well, so is my spending, and I’ll be automatically going somewhere else from now on — my boss can just go on her own!

Why such low reviews for my beloved Wing Stop? Sure, the TV’S look like they are from the 80’s and it takes 15 minutes for your order to jump into your hungry belly. BUT… I would rather wait 15 minutes for made to order wings. I always order boneless wings, original hot. It has just enough kick. I love the fresh cut fries and the seasoning is dynamite. It was a tad busy today due to the Cowboys game. It took a little longer for the wings to reach the table. But, when the friendly servers called my name, I was one satisfied customer ;)

Anything tastes great when you have to wait this long for your order. A plus is that there was a malfunction with the fryer and we were actually told about it. It’s easier to be a bit forgiving when you know why it’s taking half an hour to fry up 8 wings. Definitely appreciate the heads up and the voucher for a free meal next time we come in.

I went in quickly for carry out, and it took forever to get my order. There were only one cook, and the cashier would constantly chat with him when there was no one at the register. The food is wingstop material, but I wasn’t happy with my carry out experience.

Wing Stop wings have a way to go before they have my wing respect like pluckers does. But this 5 star review is for service the team at this location goes above and beyond. Here is the way it went down. I placed an online order. I ran a few errands because I know wing stop normally takes 20 – 30 minutes for an order. After waiting for 30 minutes we arrived to pick up the order. The employees were standing around the fax/printer but we were greeted promptly after informing them that we had placed an online order they began to sort through the papers that were flying out of the said fax/printer. They thumbed the paperwork trying to find my order and could not. But technology came to the rescue when I whipped out my phone and showed them my confirmation ka-pow. The staff was apologetic and quickly went to work putting together my order in record time 5 minutes I was flapping my wings out the door. Thanks wing stop for making a bad deal right

The most annoying carry out every. What’s the point of placing and order that will take 18 minutes to be ready and you get there and wait for 30 more minutes. Worst service ever!!!

My bad luck with wings in Dallas continues. Stopped here on my way home ~ 8pm with a hunger in my belly and a lack of desire to cook. Despite no one else waiting in line in front of me, I waited 5 – 7 minutes(which felt like 10 – 15) before anyone would come to the counter to take my order. It was then another 20 – 25 minutes before my dozen wings(6 traditional, 6 teriyaki) arrived. Add another 10 minutes for the drive home and my quick stop really wasn’t so quick. Imagine large, plump, meaty wings with sauce baked into the wings. Then imagine the exact opposite and you know what we experienced when we opened the box. Small with little meat, fairly flavorless and sauces that were pretty average. I will keep searching for great wings, just not at this Wing Stop.

A year ago we would have not hesitated to recommend their wings — they were really good and fresh-tasting. A definite treat and guilty pleasure! However, over the past 6 months, the quality has, unfortunately, slipped: 1. There is now an off-odor, related to the cooking oil not being changed frequently enough. 2. Several times the wings taste like maybe an earlier order wasn’t picked up so they they were either dumped back into the fryer or reheated some other way. Whatever, it definitely affects the quality and taste. Don’t know if it is just this location or widespread but, after last weekend’s visit, we do not expect to return quickly.

There just not much better in life than ½ priced wings at Wingstop! I’m a traditionalist so I always go with the original and a vat of their good ranch dressing. Match that up with those fries that apparently have a dab of crack in them and you have a magical experience! I love this place!

My brother is visiting me for the weekend before he heads back home for the holidays. When I asked him what he wanted to do while he was here, the only thing he mentioned, was eating at Wingstop. Odd request, but hey, I have to give in. There were 3 of us, and we decided to go with the 35 piece family pack. 35 wings, with up to 3 flavors, a large order of fries, a basket of veggies(carrots and celery) and 2 dipping sauces(ranch all around, please!) It was 23 dollars for the meal deal. They have 9 flavors to choose from, ranging from painfully hot– atomic, to a mellow and tasty lemon pepper. We selected, original hot, garlic parmesan, and cajun. Original hot has a good spice level and is your classic wing. The cajun has a more peppery spice to it, and the parmesan tastes… cheesy. My brother thought it tasted like popcorn. I like the fries at wingstop! They have that sweet and salty thing going on, and are delightful. Wingstops are normally pretty small but offer a handful of tables for you to dine in. The workers at this particular location are always polite. Once I asked what a particular flavor tasted like, and he went to get me a sample. I expected a toothpick dipped in the sauce, but he came back with a freshly tossed chicken drummie in a basket! Sweet.
