Williamsburg Apartments

Good location but if you are under 50 this may not be the place for you. The property is not a corporate managed apartment complex but rather individually owned units run by a home owners association. The HOA cuts corners on landscaping and maintenance which is unfortunate because the property is 20+ years old so maintenance is surely needed. The gutters are so stuffed with leaves that the downspout fell I’m my breezeway and layed there for a week. The older residents (they run this place) are very territorial and grumpy. I was chased down and screamed at for letting my dog off her leash on one of our walks. True I should have used the leash but she is 6 lbs and harmless. Anyway, it’s a decent property overall but not much a great place for singles not yet on Geritol.
