I do not recommend this shop, buy an orbit baby seat for more than one month and have not sent me anything, or respond to my emails or my calls, I want to return my money!

I normally don’t write reviews but I am very unsatisfied with this store. If I could give a store a zero, I would! I placed an order online and now it’s been over a month and I haven’t received my item. They charged my credit card right away. I’ve tried calling multiple times and left messages and sent emails without a response. Now their voicemail box is full. DO NOT PURCHASE from them! Even if they have an item you desperately want, it’s not worth it. Will be filing a complaint with the BBB. Honestly, not worth the trouble.

They charged our credit card immediately for a crib (a lot of money), and now, almost 2 weeks later, they do not pick up their phone, they do not respond to phone messages and they do not respond to emails. Claim has been filed with credit card company, and will be filing a complaint with Better Business Bureau next.

DO NOT buy anything from this store on-​line, I have read a lot of reviews of this company taking your money and not sending the items you bought. I recently ordered a diaper bag from here and they never shipped my item BUT did charge my account. I contacted them so many times, left phone messages, emails and facebook them and never once contacted me back. I had to file a claim through my CC company.

UPDATE:
The store manager refunded the cost of the ottoman and gave me an additional 10% discount on the glider. It was partially the manufacturer’s fault (Nursery Works) that was selling these items. Overall, it was a lack of good clear communication between all parties that was never communicated to me and made it seem like the store didn’t really care and was only being sorta reactive.

Very POOR and horrible experience. My husband and I invested in a nice glider and ottoman that this boutique sold. They screwed up my order SEVERAL times, and by the time it was supposed to have arrived, they called to tell me that they checked the availability and it was discontinued.
This was after they charged my credit card and send me order confirmation, then when I called to check 3 weeks later on the status they order had apparently not been placed. So they scrambled, placed another order and said it’d arrive in 2 weeks.
Three more weeks went by and I called to check again. The Glider was to arrive that week, but they hadn’t received shipping info on the ottoman and they’d call me. Well, they called to tell me that they checked on the availability of the ottoman and it was discontinued… why were they checking on the availability when my order had already been placed and confirmed many many weeks before!!!
There were NO actions taken by the store to redeem themselves, but to offer a refund. Gee, thanks. I even asked for contact information to get in touch with the store owner and was given the generic store phone number and generic store email address «Info@…». All this went down several weeks before my baby is to arrive, so I’m screwed over by this store’s mistakes and not left with time to resolve with a replacement or new order somewhere else. (Not to mention that I visited their store and several others in the area to «test-​drive» various gliders before pulling the trigger at this store on this particular furniture set.)
I hope that my bad experience brings attention to their store and they improve their customer service and general efficiency in running their store.
