Well I didnt receive a freebie, but it was a very resonable rate. He was here most of the day, into late evening getting my pc running. It was a mess because of a virus of some sort. Chris has/​had all of the equipment, programs, repairs discs, etc right then. Didnt have to wait on parts or more information or assistance from tech support at ATT. Overall I was very please with the service.
