Went to wash my car– the wash was broken so they said they were hand washing cars– I was a bit skeptical but said ok. Asked manager if it was as good as the automatic and what about wax. He said they would do a good job. Went inside and 10 mins later the car was done. Looked at it and told the young man they did not wash the top! It was filthy! They did a poor job vacuuming so I worked 20 mins more cleaning the car.
Asked for a refund which fortunately I got with no apology or explanation. Close your wash if it’s broken!

It’s not amazing, but pretty good especially for the price. I usually find a bit of dust or dirt left that I would of cleaned but it’s the best Place if you want someone else to do it.

$ 30 for missed interior spots on the wipe down. dash wasn’t completely cleaned off and make sure to inspect your cars exterior. Finished cleaning the exterior when I got home. Not a very happy customer.

About a year ago I wrote an unflattering review about this dealership. The cleaning and polishing they did was good but I found gouges and pits in the dash that weren’t there before and was SURE it had been the tech’s fault. Turns out the dash on my 2009 Toyota Camry is actually melting! I just received a recall notice from Toyota about it. I feel terrible that my review was out there for at least a year, so hopefully this will make up for it. I was very happy with the work they did and the price was great.

Make sure and check your weather before you pay $$$. I Paid a full detail to wash my car and turns out it rained the next day when I checked my receipt it clearly states that you have 48 hrs for them to wash your car again for FREE but once I got there it was a whole different story! They barely just rinsed it. I asked at least for dressing on my tires but he said I was lucky if they dried it for me. They another guy came and asked me what was the problem??? Rude customer service!!! stay away…

Terrible customer service. This car wash broke my antenna and the manager named fabricio was not only a jerk but a accused me of lying. He told me my antenna was already broken. He also said that they don’t reimburse and they are not liable for my antenna. I’m never coming back to this car wash and I advice for the rest to do the same.

I brought my car here to wash for 100 dls. They didn’t wash it good enough, the carpet had stains and from inside ½ of it was clean the other ½ wasn’t, I think they forgot to clean it. I brought my car back 3 times so they could wash it again. but they said not to leave it because they were busy, till the 4th day they washed it… But the stains are still there.

I brought my car in today to be cleaned and vacuumed but I got a lot more. I wanted «The Express» wash but I was charged for «The Ultimate» wash. I’m glad it worked out that way because my car is cleaner than I hoped for. Luis did a great job! He detailed all of the interior and cleaned the glass inside and out. I am very pleased with the way it turned out and I will be taking my car back again to have the seats cleaned soon. I just moved to Texas a few montgs ago and I’m glad I found this place.
Get «The Ultimate» wash, you won’t be disappointed.

Normally this place is great and fast but went today and after my car went through the wash I waited over 40 minutes to have it wiped down, vacuumed. Staff was moving slow and manager didn’t seem to care as cars piled up. People even started wiping down their own cars!

Got a $ 130 detail job. The concept of a detail job is that the details are not overlooked.
The hand wax, not all wax taken off, and they got wax on matt black trim. It looks terrible. Also didn’t vacuum loose dirt from the trunk. Had to clean between the seats myself once I got home. One star.
The drive through car wash is okay if you can get past the angry attitude of the attendant, and I’m sure they can vacuum some carpets. But don’t expect anything professional. THIS IS A AMATURE OPERATION.

THE WORST!
I had my car wash at their facility on Northwest highway. First, the waiting room was locked and so we had to wait outside in the cold, even though their winter hours say 8−6pm (we went at 5pm). The job itself lasted maybe 7 mins, even though I got the full works package. The shorter worker rudely followed me to my car obviously expecting a tip (even though I saw a sign saying not to tip cash but to do it on the CC machine). The job itself was terrible, my car doesn’t smell any better, the solution was smeared on, the carpet is still filled with leaves, dirt, etc. and the seats were also still dirty.
I went online to complain and warn them about their not-​so-​great employees and the email wouldn’t send because their online server is down.
This was a REALLY sketchy experience and we will never go there again. We basically wasted $ 21 for 7 minutes to stand outside in the cold.

This place is decent, but I don’t think I will return.
They really do a great job of persuading you to upgrade, which is fine if you are going to do a good job. I was the only car there so I assumed they would and decided to updgrade.
When they were finished, the interior and tires looked great, but the back bumper still had pink soap and dirt all over it.
