Awesome job each and every time! I continue to come back. I’ve never had shellac chip. Clean, nice staff! Nails look perfect. Best deals Monday thru Wednesday. Thank you for $ 5 off via Unilocal as well!

Wish I could give a zero, because they are the reason I’m not able to walk on Christmas! My toes are swollen and purple! Tell the women doing pedicures to stop talking to her friend the entire time and pay attention to the customer. My 10minute pedi was awful and because of her unwillingness to communicate I’m left with swollen purple toes, I Will never go back. If you’re considering going here, reconsider! Over priced torture is what it is!

Super clean space, very polite workers, HUGE selection of colors. My friend took me here for a pedicure as a birthday present and I’m so glad we came to this nail salon. The first thing I noticed when we walked in is how quiet and large it was. The people who work here do not have loud conversations with each other, which is refreshing. The basic pedi is reasonably priced and you get a really great leg massage with it. The girl who did my toes did an excellent job and was very meticulous about making them look pretty. They offer you a drink when you sit down and give you a whole bottle of water if you ask for just water. I would definitely come back!

I previously left a 4-star review of this place, on Facebook, but I’m gonna have to take that back. I’m currently sitting here, getting my nails done, and this tech, Nancy, had been rude the entire time. I know people have bad day sometimes, so I wasn’t going to say anything. In the process, after I repeatedly told her she was being rough, she cut my hand and drew blood. I said, «oh, you cut me.» and she just kept going. I said it again, she looked at me and shook her head and kept going. So I said, «so we’re just gonna pretend that you didn’t just cut me, huh?» Instead of apologizing like she should have, the first time I got cut, she says, «whatever, it happens. It’s not a big deal.» Like, if not some person who just likes to cause waves. An, «oh, sorry about that» would have been okay. I asked the receptionist the name of the technician and she got pissy. I was asking bc I’ve been here several times and have never been treated like this before. And as I’ve said to the tech ding my nails, I’ve been getting my nails done since I was 12 and never been cut enough to have blood drawn. So maybe it «just happens» when NANCY does them, but I’ve never had it happen when anyone else has, in almost 20 years. And I’m sure if anyone else would, they’d at least apologize. I asked for her specific name because I know her lack of skills isn’t representative of the rest of the staff at VIP nails. Jason, who finished my nails(after Nancy stormed off) was very polite and went the extra mile to ensure my nails looked good and was careful not to irritate my cut finger. Everyone else has always been great. So I’d still continue going to VIP in the future, but will never want Nancy anywhere near my nails again and I’d suggest the same for anyone else who goes there.

I read a few of the bad reviews before I came here, so I was a little weary, but I’ve been three times now, and every time has been great! Nathan has done my gel manicure twice and is always very sweet, and always does everything that I ask. I’m so used to nail salons where the technicians are rude or don’t want to listen to you, but I’ve never experienced that here. They always give me a glass of wine, and I get seated very quickly. My only(very minor) complaint is that they need a little more variety in their gel colors. Granted, I do appreciate not having to sort through an entire box of a million colors like at some salons.

What’s the deal with charging a different price each time I come for the exact same service??? Nathan is good, BUT needs to be a bit more gentle.

After receiving a sincere email from the manager after my last review, I decided to give it one more shot. Perhaps it all depends on the nail technician. Theresa(sp?) gave me a Deluxe Spa Pedicure. She was thorough and skilled, from the callous removal to the foot massage. She even gave me helpful foot care tips besides the typical«come for more pedicures.» Best pedicure I have ever received. Thanks to Theresa, I now have a pedicure home.

Iv been to this nail salon twice and both times had a good experience. The salon is spacious and clean and they had a huge choice of colours. I always choose the deluxe pedi and gel polish. The massage chairs are comfortable and the staff very pleasant. As this is a large salon the waiting times are very small even without an app.

I came here for a Sunday relaxation to get a mani and pedi… so much for relaxation, service was a disappointment. Make sure you confirm the pricing for the service you ask. The price I was given changed when it was time for me to pay. NEVER coming back.

I’ve come here twice because it’s closer than Onyx. Both times have been a disappointment. The first time I was told it would be a 15 minute wait which turned into an hour. I wish they would have been realistic so I could have run an errand and came back. I got a pedicure and it was relaxing but the Polish only lasted a few days. The second time they continued to try to upsell me while speaking broken English. I didn’t know what they were saying and wasn’t going to be tricked so I continued to repeat myself that all I wanted was a Polish change. I ended up with a sloppy Polish change and a cut on my toe. I’ve given them enough chances and won’t be back. I prefer Onyx because my polish lasts at least two weeks and it’s the same price. They aren’t annoying with upselling. They’re on Cedar Springs. Make the 10 minute drive it’ll be worth it.

My wife went here today and she wants to write the following review: Charged more than what was stated. The staff are very tricky with their prices and their«specials» they agree to. I was told that this place does next gen for $ 19, when I walked in I asked about this price and the man at the front said year that was correct. When I went to pay and leave he gave me a ticket for $ 35. And said that was the price and acted like the conversation we had when I first walked in never happened and he didn’t know what I was taking about. Very shady very shady. I left feeling really taken advantage of and tricked. I will not go back. The nails themselves are ok but pretty thick and chunky. I advice everyone to stay away. There are way better nail places in Dallas that are straight forward with their pricing and services.

I went here on Saturday for a pedicure. I got the classic pedicure and at 4:30 I was able to be seen right away. Tammy was friendly and professional, and was very gentle. I had injured my toe and she kept checking with me to make sure she wasn’t hurting me. She did an excellent job. Just some small complaints: I was not impressed with their colors/brands, and next time I will be bring my own color(call me basic but I want Essie!) the colors available all looked dated. Also, I wasn’t given any time to dry my polish; I was immediately ushered out of the chair(albeit politely). Overall though, a great experience and I will be back for a mani during the week when they have special pricing.

I have been here two times and so far so good. I had Lana my first time for a pedicure and was pleased with the service. Patricia did my mani/pedi the second time and continue to have no complaints. Gel mani lasted 2 weeks before it started peeling and and due for another pedi, but after 3 weeks it’s held up well. I’ll be back soon.

I waited for 30 minutes for a pedicure while I watched two people who came in after me have technicians come over to them and start their pedicures. When I went to leave the guy at the front tried to convince me that both of them had had manicures first so hey were there before me. I know that was not the case for at least one of them because I had plenty of time to sit there and scope out the manicure area while I was waiting. I have been there one other time and received a very poor gel manicure that chipped off in about three days. I will not be returning.

This should really be rated an zero. I would never ever support this business after being burnt. For a place with staff that has professional license issued by the Commonwealth of Texas, I would think they would provide better services. Instead I was racial profile, humiliated, and left with burnt marks. ***For the record I paid and still tip for this sorry crappy service. ****At the end of the day Krama’s a #itch!!! For the folks who work here with the cosmetologist/esthetician license please take a refresher course on different skin types, and other basic skills that an 4 year old know about.

Was waiting so very patiently for this shop to open for their grand opening, since it’s so close to home. Went to today and had a great experience. Very nice crew and great work on my pedi. Will be going back ! Good luck on the business:)
