If I could give zero stars I would. They have ruined nearly all of my boyfriend’s dress shirts by putting a hole near the collar under the top button. They refused to take responsibility for the holes and even yelled when I called and asked to have the shirts fixed or replaced. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will never use them again, even though my apartment complex provides this service. Take your business elsewhere!

This place is horrible. I made the unfortunate mistake of bringing some shirts here to be laundered and some pants to be patched up. They ruined one of the shirts by putting a hole in the collar, they stained another shirt, and they charged me to fix a pair of pants that they didn’t fix. Unfortunately, I dropped off another load when I picked up the first one(I hadn’t yet realized they had messed up the first load), and they butchered that load too. They obviously made no attempt to clean the collars on the lighter colored shirts, and they pressed a brand new shirt(still pinned up when I dropped it off) without taking the collar stays out, creating a collar stay indention that looks sloppy and unprofessional. When I brought the shirts back in, the guy told me they couldn’t guarantee the collar stains would come out(they obviously hadn’t even tried), he offered to charge me $ 3.00 to re-press the brand new shirt they messed up, and he offered to charge me $ 5.75 per shirt to have the lighter colored shirts dry-cleaned instead of laundered. In summary, they do not do a good job, they might ruin your clothes, they might not provides services you pay for, they do not own their mistakes, and they want to charge you to fix their mistakes. This place is as bad as it gets. I can’t figure out how they stay in business, but I guess it’s probably because it’s a prime location no Lower Greenville. If you value your clothes, take them anywhere else.

This drycleaner is the place to be!!! They do excellent starching on my shirts and pants and the prices are also fair! The shirts come out looking nice and is folded to stay in your closet whenever you dont wear them. I have only been here a couple of times because of my friend recommended this to me and this drycleaners is the best in the neighborhood. I tried a few other drycleaners around this neighborhood but they dont crease my pants correctly or starch them the way I want them to. I rate this business 5 stars all the way!

I have been a highly satisfied customer of VIP Cleaners since 1986. The owners, Hak Ja and Ky Mo Chung, are delightful, and Hak Ja is an excellent seamstress, as well. I would recommend VIP Cleaners to anyone. Prices are great. Turnaround is quick, and they always are happy to see me.

I have been coming to VIP for a year and so far all my experiences with them are very good. The items I have brough are dress shirts, slacks, suits and even had then add a zipper to my halloween costume. The staff are very friendly and have quick turn around times.

DONOTUSETHISDRYCLEANER!!! They lost $ 500 worth of laundry and refused to offer any type of compensation. They also left multiple stains on a brand new silk shirt I had them dry clean that I had NEVER worn. Horrible service, claimed I lost the garments, find a different dry cleaner!

this place is terrible, ruined 4 dress shirts by making a hole in the right shoulder all in the same place. Made NO effort to fix it. From other reviews on the web you can see its common for them to ruin clothes, i will never use them again.
