Walked in, immediately greeted by the bartender and served. Great service — nicest staff!

Pretty good frozen Irish coffee. Reminds me of a bar in New Orleans. Great atmosphere. The only thing that sucks is the lack of urinals in the men’s room. 1 toilet? Really stupid for a bar.

Easy. Breezy. Fun. Good drinks. Cool bartenders. There you have it! Twilite in a nutshell. Ahhh… yes…I guess you want a little more details… huh?! Well… I usually go on Thursday for the Good Luck Karaōke! That’s the FUN. You don’t have to know how to sing. I love it that you get the entire range of singers. All the way from hell naw you can’t sing! To DAYUM you should be on America’s Got Talent! Regardless of whether you can sing or not, you get the same amount of applause. Why? Because it is fun to cheer, clap, and chant! They have these really EASY couches. They are comfortable and beckon for you to get a really strong drink and chill for a while. The bouncer is really cool. He doesn’t give you a hard time at the door. Again, EASY! They have one bar. But you don’t have to wait too long for a drink. Again, EASY! Awesome patio! = BREEZY Food is not served. But, we had food from Stone Deck Pizza and they let us bring it in… no hassle, NADA. They have some cute lil twists on drinks. Dark and stormy, Ginger Mojitos, Frozen joints… **BONUS** The women’s bathroom is to DIE for!!! If you are in Deep Ellum and you gotta use the ladies room… I don’t care how many blocks you have to walk, get your booty to Twilite. Your yahoo will thank you for it.

My favorite bar in Deep Ellum. A great easy-going place to have a few drinks and chill with some friends. The drinks are fairly cheap, and the bartenders are great. I don’t drink coffee, but my friends that do all love the frozen coffee. It has a great little patio out back for when the weather is nice. Also has a few couches in addition to the normal booths you would see in a bar. Not a huge place, but I like it that way. You’ll see a lot of the same people if you keep coming back, as it seems like this place has a loyal following of regulars(myself included). So don’t be surprised when the bartenders start greeting people by name as soon as they walk in. It can get busy late at night and on the weekends, but I’m usually there more for a couple drinks after work. There’s usually enough people there to talk to random interesting folks, but not so many that it’s packed. That’s how I usually like it. My wife says it has one of the nicest women’s bathrooms she’s ever seen in a bar. So it’s got that going for it I suppose. They don’t serve food, but it’s Deep Ellum so there is tons of stuff within walking distance. I just wish they had some more room for additional taps.

My absolute favorite bar in Deep Ellum! Their patio is quaint yet huge considering the area/layouts in Deep Ellum. They have live music almost every night — or so it seems. The women’s restroom is always stocked with hairspray, mints, etc. — excellent customer service. If you’re obsessed with Deep Eddy Grapefruit Vodka, like me, get the Ruby Twilite! I’ve tried just about every cocktail I’ve ever seen which includes Deep Eddy Grapefruit and theirs wins, hands down! They also have a great selection of local beers and their frozen coffee is bomb. I almost regret leaving this review and telling you about how amazing they are because Twilite Lounge is one of Deep Ellum’s best kept secrets!

Cool spot in the Deep Ellum district for a few drinks. 4.5 stars. Highlights: — Ambiance: red leather couches, chandelier, and study in the back. LOVED the décor. Also had a patio out back — Service: nice, helpful, chill bartender — Drinks: interesting menu on the chalkboard — Music: jukebox which is always fun Lowlights: — Moscow Mule was just ok and no copper mugs which are so standard these days Liked stopping here a lot. It was mellow in the afternoon and would return to check it out at night.

This was definitely one of my favorite places to visit whilst I was in Dallas. This is the type of place I can jive with and wish was in OKC. The patio was absolutely fantastic! It truly was the perfect setting for just relaxing and enjoying a tasty adult beverage. It was quaint, quiet and relatively secluded. I also enjoyed the music selection on the night the Missus and I visited. If you have an hour or two, this place is definitely worth a drink at!

We were in town and hopped around Deep Ellum for a bit, and Twilite Lounge was our favorite bar we visited. Super cool and laid back atmosphere, and the patio is awesome. We could still hear the live music from inside but it didn’t drown out our conversation. Good drinks, great atmosphere and all in all, my kind of bar!

Great New Orleans style bar. Very dark and fits perfectly into the deep Ellum family of bars. Patio is great considering you’re in Deep Ellum which is a rarity. The bar is well stocked and decently priced. Been here on various occasions, one for a baseball talk which happened to be free and someone paid to have an open bar, salute to that gentleman. Also been here for comedy night again it’s free and it was hilarious, highly recommended. It was a great line up of about 5 – 6 comedians. Overall love this place and the ambiance along with the décor.

Pat Baby hates this place. Every time we pass by those wooden doors he makes a look of disgust and disapproval. I keep dragging him in though because I like their cocktails(Nola Pimm’s & Frozen Irish Coffee) and their karaōke nights. Twilite doesn’t seem to have the kind of scotch he likes, or whatever brown liquor he likes, and he hates hipsters(aka the bartenders). I don’t get it though, they have a large backyard patio and standard solid drinks. I wouldn’t call the drinks«craft» in the bougie let-me-add-egg-whites sense, but they’re better than vodka and OJ tossed in a plastic cup. Their restroom is stashed with a female emergency kit so we can look and feel fly at all times while in Twilite Lounge. It’s not the shiniest penny on Elm St. and definitely not the place for clubbin’, but it is the place to hit up when you want something just a little bit more than a regular ‘ol bar(and…karaōke…).

Wide drink selection. They have two different frozen coffee drinks, both are amazing. Incredibly friendly bartenders. If you go during the day, when its not super busy, they will really take the time to help you find the perfect drink The whole place has a chill atmosphere. The patio is great but can get a bit crowded. The indoor seating is cushy and the dim lights create an intimate feel. Sometimes you can catch live music, but it’s a fun place even without that. Random: The bathroom has a basket of everything you could have possibly forgotten to put in your purse. Mints, tampons, hairspray…

Order Frozen Coffee drink. Spike it a lil more, go jukeboxing. It’s a dandy, this jukebox. Smooth rock it out. Down in the throngs of Deep Ellum the staff at this clean tidy appealing dive go out of their way to set you at ease and make you feel at home quickly.

A little divey bar here in Deep Ellum awesome beer selection great staff decent outside patio. Love to see when local bars and pubs sell local brew and seasonals that’s a plus. Great part it’s a bar in Deep Ellum not charging a cover lol. The only down side is there roff is leaking like crazy so rainy days not a great idea. Keep up the good works guys defiantly be back again.

Twilite Lounge is a popular spot in the Deep Ellum neighborhood. For me, I have the best times there Sunday-Thursday nights. That’s when it’s not as crowded and you can really appreciate the space. Depending on the night, you might get a chance to listen to Lee Fields & The Expressions on the juke box or you might hear live music, possibly with a karaōke twist. Either way, Twilite has a smooth sultry feeling that is best enjoyed in person than reading about on my review. Space on the patio is a premium, so if you get a table with your friends, cherish it. Parking is Deep Ellum normal.

This place is within walking distance from my apartment and it’s probably one of my favorite deep Ellum bars. It can get pretty crowded but I like the booths inside and the patio on a breezy night. The coffee drink(don’t know name) is absolutely delicious! It’s a ton of coffee and rum and it tastes like a frappé!

I’ve had Twilite bookmarked for quite some time. Fortunately, a group of my Unilocal friends met here Saturday around 6pm. The place was fairly empty. Feeling adventurous, I told the bartender I wanted something sweet & non-carbonated. He hooked me up with a great drink. After everyone had a drink in hand, we headed to the outdoor patio area. It was just a tad cold that evening but the heated lamps in the outdoor patio area made it very comfortable. The ladies’ restroom at Twilite was quite impressive. It had all the toiletries without an attendant and extremely clean for a bar. Upon closing my tab, I was shocked at how inexpensive the drinks were. I will definitely return to Twilite!

I really couldn’t figure the vibe the first couple of times I went in. Walk in the door. Look to the right. A casting couch awaits you. Look up. You’ll see the typical unfinished ceiling adorned with ceiling fans and a couple of cool chandeliers. Look down and you’ll find a decently etched concrete floor just waiting for feet and spilled drinks. Over to your right you’ll find the wall is lined with«diner booths». Check out the walls. Bricks and antique wall paper decorated with pictures of Jazz and Blues artists and other treasures, like a picture of Burt from Deliverance. Take your gaze and feet straight back to the end of the room by the bookcase. Open the awaiting door to a really cute and comfy patio. Welcome to the Twilight Lounge. Beers are cold and reasonably priced. Wells are not watered down and decently priced. Bad attitude is not welcomed here. All flavors of the rainbow are. Live music, karaōke, friendly staff, and, the best juke in DE. It’s all right here folks. All, under this one roof.
