I too sought help from them based on great reviews– what a joke. See review under Travel Leaders/​Future travel… who is either using Turtle Creek as a front, or they’ve sold, either way, stay away from both.

I’m going on a hawaiian vacation and because it’s such short notice i needed help. Called this company because of the Unilocal rating. I spoke to Belinda… she was extremely knowledgeable about the islands and offered several exciting suggestions. She took all my info and was going to email me a package. I NEVER RECEIVED AN EMAIL. Called back a day and a half later and left a detailed message in case she had my email address wrong and left my phone number. .again. STILL NO REPLY. I called a different agency. They gave me rates and emailed my package immediately. I will be going on vacation but no thanks to Turtle Creek Travel. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY.

I have been using Turtle Creek for years for my travel needs. They have the lowest fares of all websites, have a great combination of flights, efficient and prompt customer service. I have always been happy with them and highly recommend them to everyone.

Charles became my trusted travel agent, when he was able to secure superb accommodations in the Dupont Circle section of DC for President Obama’s inauguration. I was a satisfied customer ever since then. Then he helped me plan my travel plans for my 40^th birthday in NYC at the Alex Hotel in Manhattan for an awesome price. I recommend him to anyone looking for a REAL travel agent. He’s the real deal and has awesome contacts.

Charles helped us plan the most wonderful, relaxing «babymoon» vacation that we could have hoped for. My husband and I wanted to take one last romantic vacation as a couple before our daughter arrived, but I was too tired from my pregnancy and busy with baby preparations to put any energy into planning a trip.
Charles took my description that we wanted somewhere tropical, relaxing, not too difficult to fly to, and with access to a good hospital just in case I needed it. That was all he needed. He went to work and within the next day called me with three options with amazing resorts and he even researched the hospitals nearby each of them to be sure that was covered. We picked a resort in Ixtapa, Mexico, that I never would have found on my own. He landed us an incredible deal on the room rate and made sure that all the arrangements were in place. He also helped us figure out how to use our miles for tickets, even though we were planning travel around the holidays and most freebie flights were gone.
We arrived at the resort without any problems. It was spectacular!!! Probably the nicest place we’d ever stayed on vacation. Full ocean views (the entire place was built into a cliff side), our own mini pool on the patio, and everything you could want taken care of. One day we didn’y even leave our room until late in the day, it was that nice. A real spoil yourself type of place, and just what we needed with me 6 months pregnant.
We had the best vacation with absolutely no hassle, and a location and prices that I’d never have been able to find on my own. Charles went above and beyond and did an amazing job! I’d definitely recommend having him help plan your next dream vacation!

I recently went on an 11-​day trip to Italy. Turtle Creek Travel planned every bit of it. They made all the reservations, arranged all the ground transportation and tours. They set everything up. All I had to do was just show up and enjoy myself. It doesn’t get any better than that!

Yeah — you could do it yourself — but they know so much more than you and they tend to get deals or flights that you don’t know about. They helped us plan an 18 day European trip that was amazing. The logistics of international flights, airports, hotels, trains, water taxi’s, buses, gondola’s, etc. was crazy, but without their help, it could have been a disaster. Thanks for making it easy and memorable for us!
