Specialties
We’re an Irish Pub, without the sawdust or the smoke! We’re well known for our great menu. Chef Oscar Gutierrez has led the kitchen since opening in 2001 preparing classic Irish staples like Lamb Stew, Corned Beef & Cabbage and Potato Sundaes, and a few from our neighbors like Shepherd’s Pie, Fish & Chips and Bangers and Mash!
Good solid food, the Best beer selection in town — 200+ in bottles and fifteen draft beers — with an ever changing selection. Ask about which ones are not on the menu!
Visit us for a quick bite and you’ll stay for the entertainment of it all, every night we’re doing something from Live traditional Music Thursdays through Sundays, to our Poker & Tasting nights.
Our regulars know us as among the happiest staff in the business, we genuinely enjoy taking care of guests and showing off and it shows, whether you are just finishing classes across the road or stopping in with grandparents before a movie, you’ll be comfortable at Trinity Hall!
History
Established in 2001.
Sometimes described as overly flashy, or «trying too hard» to be Irish, once in fact, we were dinked for being «too clean» to be a real Pub, the truth is, we are Irish, just well mannered and dressed up in our Sunday Best every day!
Trinity Hall is a celebration of the roots of Dallas — Trinity River — and Ireland’s original university — Trinity College Dublin — located in the heart of Dublin. We captured some architectural detail from the 500 year old campus in Dublin, like the Library, Book of Kells reading station and our 32 foot long back bar.
Take a wander around until you feel comfortable, in a pub you find a seat for yourself, which sometimes means competition for a table, but you’ll find most of our guests are nice enough to let you sit with them if there’s an open seat!
Trinity Hall is real, all the way to the books on the shelves, you’ll find Dickens, HG Wells and Poe collections in the library.
Meet the Business Owner
Marius D.
Business Owner
Also known as the Chief Bottlewasher, Marius is the operating partner for the business, and has been in the States for over 20 years so you may have to listen close to catch the accent. Marius is not that common of a first name in Ireland, but there’s a good story that goes with it, next time you’re in ask about it.
You’ll generally find Marius out walking the floor or behind the bar, generally in conversation with a group of guests or another, but never busy enough not to nod or say Hi when he sees you coming.
Marius spent the first half of his career in hotel f&b operations and traveled around a fair bit, but decided to stay in Dallas and settle down with his wife Holly about ten years ago. He says it was because he knew there was room for at least one more Pub in Dallas, but we’ve heard others say its because he enjoys the great people he’s come to work with and know here in DFW! Next time you’re in say Hi to Chef Oscar, and Matt G. our manager too!
