Established in 1963.

TONI&GUY is an international icon and was founded over forty years ago in 1963 at a single salon in London by the Mascolo Brothers: Toni, Guy, Bruno and Anthony. I have followed Sheena from Collin Creek to Watters Creek to NorthPark over the past 10 years. She does an amazing precision job on my thick directional hair. It is easy to keep my hair looking good as long as I go to her. The few times anyone else has had to do it, it has been terrible. Both my teenagers go to her also because no one else does as good of a job as Sheena does to keep their hair looking nice and easy to manage. Highly recommend her. Worth the drive and the working with her schedule.

I used to go to the Hillcrest location for my color specifically for Sarah & for my cut North Park only for Sheena. Now that Sarah has moved to North Park location I can go see my two favorite hairstylists at the same time! They are amazing & never disappoint! The staff at front desk staff are always sweet & welcoming! I highly suggest these two wonderful ladies if you are looking for a new stylist! This salon is a stellar one all around!

Sarah Schwartz is the girl you need to see. I’ve literally followed her all over DFW because she knows what I want and does exactly that but does it soooo good!
I typically do an all over red tint with partial highlights of blonde and brown. I decided to let a friend dye my undeviated blonde… it wasn’t horrible but she definitely dried the heck out of it. I went to Sarah and she evaluated how to bring it back from the brink of short blonde stubby under color and help with the bit of orange in my hair.
That’s what I love best about her/​she really cares about doing what’s best your hair while still listening to what you want. She just loved here and if she ever leaves I’ll be following. Thanks girl!

If you need great color, you have to go see Sarah Schwartz! Sarah has been doing my hair for years now and I have never been disappointed. She shows me color samples and explains what she’s going to do so that I understand. My hair always looks & feels wonderful when I leave!

I came in yesterday as a walk-​in midday and had a wonderful experience! I really appreciated the receptionist giving me several options of stylist levels and prices because I had never been here and didn’t know how it worked. I ended up going with a guy who just happened to be standing at the desk and was taken back quickly. He cleaned up my split ends, suggested things he thought I might like, and was personable and polite. Getting your hair done by someone new is nerve racking so I was unsure of how this would go, but I love my hair and will definitely be back to see Michael again!

I went into this Toni & Guy as a walk-​in customer, and was told that there was someone available immediately, and was doing cuts for a base line of $ 89. The price initially made me pretty nervous, as that is the most I’ve ever paid for a haircut, but I left immensely happy with my haircut! Vivian gave me exactly what I wanted and I feel fantastic!

I got the worst haircut of my life here yesterday and it cost me 69.00. My hair is going to take 3 weeks to grow out. My bangs went from about 5 inches long to 1, I never said I wanted it like that. Oh and she knew she messed up…

I have gone to Desiree for quite some time now. There aren’t many things in life I am as particular about as I am my hair. I am very loyal to stylists, so when I find one I absolutely love, I am a lifer. And Desiree I absolutely love. She has a very sweet personality and most importantly, she does GREAT HAIR. I always receive compliments when she is done with me (who doesn’t love that?) I also like that when I am thinking about doing something crazy, she’ll talk me off the ledge. Nobody has time for hair regret.
The salon itself is always in tip top shape, all the stylists are very professional, front desk is friendly, and although they do try to sell their products, they’re not pushy. (Blondes, get the purple shampoo, you won’t regret it!) Most of all, the service prices are some of the most reasonable in ALL of Dallas. Plus, it’s in NorthPark, which means you get to take that new hair shopping afterward.

I’ll never go anywhere else! I was referred here by one of my coworkers to Julie and let me tell you! This girl is precise, thorough and knows exactly what she’s talking about! She will not interfere with what cut you’re requesting but at the same time will explain to you what will work and won’t work without being disrespectful or rude. Love that girl. As for the receptionists and front desk, they do a great job of welcoming you and notifying your stylist of your arrival. Great team there.

My hair was butchered at another Salon and I ran in here asking for sheenas help to fix the mess. I sat on chair and she suggested we wait 6 weeks for my hair to grow out a little and she can do much more to help then. I really appreciated that she didn’t try to get me to spend $$$ and honestly wanted to do what she felt was right for me. I loved the honestly and can’t wait to come back for my 6 weeks to see her magic! The best part was she was consultative, patient with me and didn’t rush me out of chair to get to next person in line… and that meant a lot to me!

I was very disappointed with my haircut. I feel like I was very clear when I told my stylists what I wanted, but I walked out with something completely different. I usually wouldn’t care except my hair grows very slowly. I absolutely HATE my new hair cut. I was told one thing would be happening and I got a completely different style than what I had asked for.
I have had to schedule an appointment with a different salon to deal with the mess I was left with after leaving.

I haven’t had my hair done here, but I did have a great experience. The receptionist was very friendly when I made an appointment for a makeup application. Hollie is the BEST!!! I went in and told her that I was going to a concert that night and wanted to look fierce and dramatic. Within 45 minutes Hollie had totally transformed me and I felt like a rock star. She was so sweet and friendly during the process and explained products to me while she used them. When I went out that night, I got so many compliments and every picture I posted, people were commenting «Wow, you look amazing» and stuff like that. I will definitely book Hollie at Toni&Guy for any future makeup application needs. She’s great!!!

Sheena is awesome. She has always done a great job on on my hair. When she moved to the Northpark location I wasn’t so sure that I wanted to drive all the way out there to get my hair cut. I tried going to various other salons around Plano but nobody was as good. Needless to say, I will be driving to Northpark to get my hair cut by Sheena from now on :) She is super friendly and I am always happy with my hair.

All of the workers are very nice with exceptional skills in hair styling and color. Everyone is polite and can make decent conversation. However, this is a «high-​end salon», so if you want a cheap haircut, this is simply not for you. Be prepared to open your wallets!

I used to go and see Edith for a haircut. It’s not always easy to find someone that does exactly what you ask for. So it sucked to find out she wasn’t at this location any longer! I had gotten a very uneven undershave and some layers (before walking out mid haircut) at a very bad hair salon so I scheduled an appointment with Michael at Toni and Guy. This man not only fixed my hair, he made it beautiful. This is seriously one of the very few haircuts I’ve gotten that I actually like. He was very patient, we spent a good 15 minutes brainstorming ideas for fixing the unevenness of my undershave. He was nice, and welcoming, and he is the reason my hair is completely saved.

Would have given the place 0 stars of possible. Avoid at all cost. They’estimate’ one price and then charge you much more.
Hair cut looked horrible! Called because I was so disappointed and talked to Richard who constantly interrupted me saying I was wrong and it was my fault! My fault? Am I the hair stylist? The customer is NEVER at fault. This guy is not groaning what T&G ifs supposed to stand for. Then I talked to Zanko the actual manager. What a disappointment. He tells me in s very rude tone that they don’t know how much product they use, so that is why it was more expensive. Really? What did you use? 24 karat gold ?
This place sucks! Avoid at all cost. They disrespect their customers! Letter to corporate is going out Monday…
