History

Established in 2000.

In 1988, Ken Suter moved to Dallas to help a friend run an old fashioned, full service Exxon service station. In 2000, the station closed, Ken opened his own shop, asked the best technicians to come to work for him.

Many of our customers and 1 technician have been with us the entire 24 years! JC has given his expert care for 24 years, Carlos has been with us for 10 years, Jordan for 3 years.

We have been using TLC Auto for close to a year, I’ve trusted them with oil changes, replacing our breaks and replacing our Transmission. We are busy small business owners and the level of service here is outstanding. When our transmission went out they took the time to make sure everything this was working and even discovered a flaw in our coolant cap that caused transmission issues. TLC Auto took care of us.

My car broke down a little over a month ago and I had a limited amount of money to work with to get it running again. They offered free towing and the guy that I spoke with, Ken, seemed very nice so I had them take my car in for an estimate. I was nervous about sending my car to someone new, especially being a female that knows nothing about cars. They were extremely professional and helpful. No services were performed before they called to tell me what it was and how much it would cost. They even set up a short term payment plan for me and brought the car back to my house. I couldn’t have asked for better service. My car is running great and I couldn’t be more thankful!
