I purchased some very delicate items on an online auction and needed a way to have the items picked up, properly packaged and shipped to me. I tried several locations but they were not willing to pick up on a Saturday. I spoke to the manager at this location and he said«sure, no problem.» These guys were very professional when assigned the task. Within a matter of days my purchase arrived in a wooden crate. It was in perfect order. I called the staff to thank them personally for a job well done! I will definitely use their service again.

I don’t need to go there often but everyone there is very nice and helpful. Fast with drop off and will help tape up boxes for shipping.

Just had some things to drop off at this UPS store and needed a notary for a document. Spencer was great and very accommodating as the other gentlemen in the store. They made sure I knew some other services they provide that I might not know about. I will definitely go back and I highly recommend this store.

This was my first time in a UPS store and I probably looked like a total dork trying to return an item I ordered online. I wasn’t waiting very long before someone saw me and called another person to help me out. The guy behind the counter was super friendly while he took care of packing everything up for me. I first started by trying to use one of their envelopes and he said I could just use the same package it came in, sweet! He even taped it all up for me and placed the return label in a cover that he pasted on the package. Easy-peasy.

No complaints here. Convenient to my work. Several restaurants nearby to make a proper lunch hour. They were fast and efficient.

This particular store’s employees were friendly, yes, but they way over-quoted packing a very fragile item. They were smart in wanting to do a good job and by double-boxing, but their quote of $ 130JUST for packing materials and labor(? never heard of this one) was the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard of. I said thanks, I’ll buy my own and do it myself. $ 40 later, I went to another UPS Store(1900 Preston Rd. in Plano for which I’ll write a fantastic review). Both of the employees couldn’t believe it when I shared my previous experience. Just goes to show, you should always explore OPTIONS.

Typical UPS Store with friendly employees and all of the standard services offered. Parking can sometimes be a hassle.
