Awesome, Awesome, Awesome!!! I have been at this location twice… This lot is uncovered… Both times I was able to reserve a spot… I recommend you do so especially around the holidays. Make sure go online and sign up for free membership card to avoid additional fees and have time to receive it in the mail. I was picked up and dropped off at my car by their shuttle… Loved that!!! No walking in heels for me! And came in handy when it was raining. Frequent shuttles… No complaints about wait. And the shuttle driver unloaded my luggage from my car into his shuttle and Vice versa upon return. I received a coupon by email for 1 day parking for free! AND the parking kiosk attendant gave us bottled water when we cashed out… I was really thirsty after a delayed trip from LAX TO DAL and an added unexpected landing in San Antonio for fuel after circling DAL for 30 min waiting on weather to clear up for landing… Totally recommend PARKING SPOT 2

Uncovered parking, frequent shuttle service and like that they take reservations

What a shite hole! Flew out to Los Angeles for a week and left my truck here. Fence around parking, gated entry, thought my truck was safe. Got back a week later and found my catalytic converter had been stolen. The thieves took their time and actually unbolted it and my dpf (diesel particulate filter). $ 9000, yes thousand, dollars later my truck is running again. Thank goodness for USAA. Talked to Parking Spot 2 management and said, sorry, not our responsibility. My truck was parked 2 vehicles down from the gate that is manned 24 hours a day! Tell me (with a straight face) that this wasn’t an inside job. Talked to police and filed a report (more for insurance than anything else) and was told they get numerous calls from that location for same issue. Stolen items off of diesel trucks. If you drive a diesel avoid this place like the plague!

Frequent shuttles to and from the airport, great covered parking, AND when I came back from a week long trip to a dead battery they had a portable jump thing that got me going again and off to buy a new battery. Hooray!

I highly recommend using The Parking Spot 2 at Love Field. They were professional and timely. It’s so nice to be able to pull directly into a parking place, have someone there to help with your luggage and then be dropped off right at the door. While I prefer to use the Parking Spot 1 because it is covered parking, this a wonderful alternative.

This location isn’t as convenient as The Parking Spot 1 for Dallas Love Field but the service was quick and reliable as always.

Despite severe weather conditions that occurred Sunday-​Monday, Feb. 22^nd-​23^rd, there service was there @ 3:30 in the morning @ Love Field when we needed it. They were a life saver and I REALLY appreciate their service. I would highly recommend the Parking Spot to anyone. Thank you.
