Absolutely awful customer service!
I’m getting married in a couple months and I really want eyelash extensions for the wedding. About a month ago I made an appointment to get a full set of lash extensions and then life happened… I got strep throat. Between the doctor’s office and trying to recover, I forgot to call and cancel my appointment that day. I completely understand that this was inconsiderate of me, and I wish I had been of sound mind to cancel.
Fast-​forward and I decided to book another appointment. The next day I received a call from Breana saying she was calling to confirm my booking for later that week. She then went on to say that my client profile shows that I was a no show appointment so I «have till either tonight or first thing tomorrow to call back or she is cancelling my appointment». There was no concern as to why I might have not showed up the last time, and no chance for me to explain myself. First thing the next morning I called. No one answered. I got a voicemail later from another associate saying that she needs my credit card info and that Breana needed to talk to me about scheduling (this was all said in a VERY rude tone I might add). I was worried that the pissed of Breana would try to charge my card for the strep throat no show, so I cancelled this appointment too.
I can’t attest to how the quality of their service is, but if it’s anything like their attitudes, I made the right call cancelling. I was not about to spend that much money on something that 1) is only going to last for a couple weeks and 2) was going to be performed by someone that can’t calm herself down enough to call me to confirm an appointment.

Pros– the staff was courteous and professional and the environment was comfortable and clean
Cons– Pricey, they don’t have the 3D lash extensions if that’s what you’re looking for and my lashes fell out three days after application
My first visit was October 22^nd and Breana did my lashes. They were a little bit too thick and they resembled strip lashes so I wasn’t very impressed but the overall experience was okay so I had no complaints at the time. Three days later about 75% of my lashes fell out so I called and Breana agreed to refill my lashes. She said they fell out because of the soap and/​or lotion I was using on my face but I’ve had my lashes done several times before and I’ve never had this issue. Also, when I had called to schedule my refill appointment the clerk mentioned that I was the FOURTH person that called this week with the exact same problem so I doubt it was the facial wash or lotion but I agreed to use something different.
October 27^th I had my refill and Breana put on thinner lashes so they would look more natural. I liked them much more than the first set so I was happy with the results BUT once again three days later (today October 30^th) almost all of my lashes are gone. I used Johnson’s & Johnson’s soap and lotion for my face which was recommended by Breana but it did not make a difference. Like I said, I’ve been getting lash extensions for about 6months and I’ve NEVER had this problem before. I won’t be coming back and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to get their lashes done here unless you want them to fall out in a few days.

I recently had a bad experience in the past with another lash place. I love lash extensions and was really upset i couldn’t get them. A friend told me about Lash Loft, I made my appointment and saw Lauren. She is absolutely amazing. I was nervous because of the past experience so i kept asking her questions about lashes etc. She was so knowledgeable, i felt extremely comfortable. I showed her a picture of what i wanted, i opened my eyes and it was exactly what i showed her. She actually takes the time to get to know you and make sure you are completely satisfied as a customer. Her #1 is customer service, and that, every business should follow. I will never go anywhere else for my lashes! Thanks Lauren!

Not impressed with the customer service. Guy I spoke with said they could ‘work me in’ next day for full set but they are booked 4 – 5 months out for refills. Not a good sign.

Five stars because of customer service FIRST.
Ms. Cassie did a wonderful job. They are running a $ 100.00 special until the end of the month or year.
This is my first time getting lashes applied one lash at a time.
If nothing else, stop by and see the décor in the waiting area so Tiffany Blue and cozy.
It’s so worth it and I can still put on shades while wearing my lashes.

Wow, this is THE place to get your lashes done! They do an amazing job at vamping up my now luscious lashes. So long mascara, no more raccoon eyes! Hooray. They’re super convenient to downtown and the staff go above and beyond to make sure you look top notch! Will be coming back for a while!

I work at a salon in Uptown, so I have many customers with lash exntensions come in every day. When i was deciding to take the plunge into getting them, I started surveying all of my customers about where they go, and their opinions on them. (Some had better lashes than others, so I did ask to find out who to not go to as well!)
Lash Loft was recommended to me by a friend of it’s owner, Lauren. The friend’s lashes looked amazing, and she mentioned their $ 100 full set special they were running. I decided to go to them, and have been completely happy ever since.
I’ve been getting my lashes done with them for 4 or 5 months now, and love seeing either Lauren or Abby. They really listen to what differences you want for your next set (longer, shorter, thicker, etc.), and will do just that.
I had an experience where I felt like they were falling out too quickly, and I called with concern over this and Patrick got me in to see Lauren the next day. She explained to me I’d gone through a lash cycle, which happens once a month, and said it’s natural for them to fall out and new ones grow back. Despite the cause being totally my own body, she redid them for me free of charge.
They also have a referral program, where if you refer three people you get a fill for free. My customers are always complementing mine and I send them to LL, and they are equally as pleased with their results. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get new lashes, they know what they’re doing! :)

This is the second time I’ve done gotten the lash extensions done and the first time was at another salon. They did a good job but it was too far away for me. So I found Lash Loft online and decided to try it out. I spoke with Patrick and he worked with my schedule and booked me for a later time and told me they would take off my old lashes for free for my new set. I booked with Lauren and she was super sweet. Did an Awesome job on my lashes and gave me a the fuller look I wanted. I definitely recommend Lash Loft!

Lauren has done my lashes for 3.5 years now! It’s crazy for me to think that. I followed her over to her new place when it opened. I highly, highly recommend her work. She does the best job, hands down.
When I’ve gone to other places, I leave with lash extensions glued on to other extensions and it creates a clumped look. Lauren is meticulous in her work and makes sure each lash is individually placed. This helps them last longer, not hurt, and look amazing and full. Plus, her studio is so adorable and in a good location.

Everyone here is so sweet, kind and talented. Cassie and Lauren are my favorites. They always treat me like royalty and I leave looking my best. There is something about sipping complimentary champagne and orange juice surround by exquisite art that makes me want to show up to my appointment early just to enjoy the atmosphere.

The Lash Loft is the BEST!!! Lauren does my lashes; she is a very professional and talented super sweetie. She uses NovaLash which is the healthiest medical grade award winning system. I am always amazingly comfy while she applies my lashes, and they always look so good and stay on for weeks; Lauren is a Rockstar!!!
