The Lash Lab is a must if you want beautiful eyelash extensions. Roxy created the perfect «dramatic» look I wanted and was so friendly and efficient. I’ve recieved tons of compliments and couldn’t be happier!

I got my first set of eyelash extensions here. Roxy did them, and this is her place, so she’s the best at what she does. She even mentioned she’s going to an eyelash convention in Vegas to learn new techniques. She loves it!
There is lot parking, it’s easy to access, and the little studio is cozy. I’ve been twice and my lashes are still on a month later after one fill.
I, unfortunately, had a really bad reaction to either the tint or treatment when I got my lashes put on. It wasn’t the glue or the lashes, but another part of the service like the lash tint. My eyes hurt and were red for days, it had burned part of the whites of my eyes.
Roxy said she never had seen that before, so when we did my fill, we didn’t do the tint and I was fine. So, those with sensitive eyes, ask about the tint and stuff! You don’t want painful blinking when you’ve got those huge lashes on.

If you’ve never had lashes, and you want to try them, pick The Lash Lab as your first experience! If you need a fix from a bad lash job, i’d visit this place too.
I’ve always wanted lash extensions and have been skeptical in the past. Because of the cost and the maintenance. Choosing The Lash Lab as my first experience was the best choice ever!
Roxy, owner and technician, is very experienced and will give you a consultation that allows you to choose the best look for your eye shape and desired «drama». Be prepared to invest. You will get what you pay for. And you will never be disappointed!!!
It is important to care for the lashes as Roxy suggests, so you get the results you want. She is quick, effective and efficient. You will enjoy the experience and the results! I’ve been twice now and am officially «hooked»!

I’ve been a client of Roxy and The Lash Lab for 2 years.
I’ve had my lash extensions and lash fills done by Roxy and have been thrilled with the results… full coverage, no glue showing and the extensions stay in until the lash itself falls out naturally.
My natural lashes are very light so Roxy dyes my lashes a blue black and then applies the lash extensions. This adds to the depth of color and makes the entire upper lash area *PoP* a bit color wise.
I’ve also become a hair client of Roxy’s and have been EXTREMELY pleased with my hair cuts, various styles and hair colors that Roxy has given me over the past 2 years.
She gets in interesting hair products as well and I know I can count on Roxy to steer me to a product that will work for whatever new style we conjure up.
Roxy is a great conversationalist as well and I actually enjoy getting my hair styled, cut and colored by her. I’m one of those gals that can barely stand to sit still while a cut is occurring and am usually trying to bolt for the door by the time the final styling happens but, with Roxy, I feel relaxed, as though I’m just having coffee and conversation with a friend that has rocking hair skillz and is doing my hair.
I love Roxy (and her mad hair skillz) as well as her lash abilities!

Lash Lab is a great place to get your eyes done quickly, efficiently, and skillfully. Roxy’s experience is priceless — after all, would you want a newbie with tweezers going at your peepers? My last lash technician, who also did a great job, had me on the table for up to three hours. Roxy? 30 minutes. Max.
Not only that, once you book your appointment, you’ll get timely reminders, and prompt service. The salon also provides hair and wax services.

Roxy is absolutely amazing! She is professional, courteous and does an excellent job on all of her services. I’ve been going to the Lash lab for about an year now and my lashes always look great! I always get compliments for my friends and people I don’t even know. The lashes she has to offer look natural and you won’t be left with an awkward lash job. I always have had some of her hair services and I have to say she is a hair guru. She knows what to do what any typer of hair and she can give you excellent hair cuts, and for people like me «tiny» trims.
Definitely an amazing salon to go to! Not to mention it’s cozy atmosphere.

There weren’t really many reviews about this place. I took a chance regardless. Glad I did. Roxy is very sweet and did a wonderful job. I I’ve had 1 refill with her so far. I haven’t gone back yet bc I travel so much for work. If you’re wondering who to try as a first timer, I highly recommend Lash Lab!

Love The Lash Lab! I originally bought a Groupon for a place in North Dallas who did a horrible job and went to Roxy Mayo to fix my lashes. She fit me in the next day to fix the damage that had been done. She does an amazing job and always fits me in.

I initially had a problem setting an appointment. I did not get a reply after I emailed and no one would answer the phone the first week I tried to schedule an appointment. I finally got a callback and was scheduled for the following week. I was a bit apprehensive after I read the reviews. I arrived to the appointment and was greeted by the owner, Roxy. She was very professional and super friendly. In under an hour I had long and beautiful lashes! I love her work and I’m definitely going back! She did mention her receptionist quit and she’s trying to do everything she can to be accommodating! I highly recommend you see her! You won’t be disappointed!

HORRIBLE BUSINESS… IF YOU CAN EVEN CALL IT THAT!
I purchased two (2) vouchers/​deals from The Lash Lab through the Buy With Me deal site, both for a mani/​pedi. I attempted to use one last week. I began calling the number on the voucher on Saturday, July 23. I called every day, often multiple times a day throughout the day from July 23 — 28. Additionally, I emailed the business at the email address listed on their website. On Thursday, July 28, I stopped by the salon to see what had been going on and why they had not returned my multiple voicemail messages. I was told that they were having issues with their phone line and never received my email and that their website was new. I was also told that if she had known how many people would have bought the deal, they never would have ran the ad, which I thought was an inappropriate statement to tell a customer, particularly a customer who had bought the deal voucher (let alone 2 of them!). I was not able to get an appointment for my desired day/​time (likely I would have if they had gotten back to me when I first started contacting them!). I settled on a Saturday, July 30^th 12PM appointment. I watched her write it down in the appointment book and verify that it was OK. I showed up on Saturday at noon and stood outside ringing the doorbell for a solid 5 minutes before someone answered the door (Yes, I tried calling the number for the salon but of course they did not answer that once again). When I finally got inside from the 107 degree heat, I was told that they double booked me! I was asked if I minded waiting a little while or coming back. «A little while» I was then told would be about an hour or so! At that point, I said that yes, I did mind and I would prefer to not do business with them at all.
I’ve never been treated so horribly trying to give my business to someone. Furthermore, I still had to get my nails done for the wedding that I was attending, so I ended up spending more than double than I originally had budgeted and planned to using this deal.

The Lash Lab is amazing! Roxy Mayo did my lashes and I LOVE them. She also does my hair and nails there and I am so happy every time I go. It’s in an adorable vintage house in the art district of Dallas and it also has a station for hair and nails. My lashes are seriously amazing and there are always specials and deals for The Lash Lab. I recommend it to everyone I know!
