I just left out of this place very upset?! The doctor that saw me was a big asshole. He was so rude. I have never made any comments on Unilocal but for this I had to. The doctor made very rude comments. I have never had this experience. I don’t even know how to put all what happened in words. I had to walk out on him. I went here on my lunch break since it was closer to me. The things that come out of the doctors mouth are so unprofessional and rude as hell. I DO NOT recommend this place at all. I am honestly in shock on how rude this doctor is. What happened to being professional? Worst place ever. I was better off going to Wal-​mart.

Very poor service. The woman who was in the back with the Doctor turned us away but not before creating havoc with the «owner» who’s English is atrocious.
I will be filing a complaint with the State of Texas and the Federal Government. No customer service.

First off… I really did not want to give 1 star because this place does not deserve to be open! The lady in the front (don’t know what her title is because she did not seem to have any knowledge of anything) was rude and not helpful when I had a complaint to file against the Doctor… second of all, the doctor seemed like a creep and concerned me even more when I was told I could not go in the eye exam room with my daughter! I should of left but we needed to get her eye exam asap. When she entered the room, and he closed the door behind him, I felt a sense of concern… but just blew it off… cant judge a book by it’s cover, right… WRONG! when my daughter came out busting into tears, my blood boiled and asked my daughter what happened. She told me that he was rude to her, raising his voice at her, and told her «it’s apparent that you can’t see from far away!»… duh, she’s been wearing glasses for awhile now! She told me he forced her to read each line until it was correct. He would get upset with her when she could not read it. Hello, if you take her glasses off, she will not be able to read anything! She was not able to move to the next line until she got the lines right… he would read them back to her and she would have to memorize them and read them back to him. What an God awful Doctor! The people waiting in the area had a look of fear when my daughter came out busting into tears. I asked the front lady I would like to talk with the doctor. She had this look like whatever. So I confronted the doctor on a professional level, even though I was so upset. He basically called my daughter a liar! She spoke up in front of him and he could not look me in the eyes, he was stuttering, and nervous. I just stormed out of there. I think others left as well because of what they witnessed. PLEASE, don’t waist your time or money there… I know it’s cheap but it’s not worth it! You get what you pay for! Now my daughter is tramatized because of this creepy fool! Complaints have been filled in so many ways!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The optometrist is a creep and his assistant/​front office worker is lazy and terrible at her job. I made the mistake of going because the eye exam was somewhat cheaper than others I’d researched. But I paid in other ways. When I tried to get my prescription information to buy a pair of glasses online his assistant refused to give me my information, despite the fact that denying me that info is illegal in this state. When I finally had a chance to go back down to the office she refused again saying my prescription had expired even though I had come in before the expiration.
