Nacho Bell Grande! Chips are soggy & sparce on toppings. I live right here on Matilda & never a pleasant experience. A fool for going back!

Worst Taco Bell ever! Waited for 4 min before anyone ever came to help us at the counter. Finally someone came and she didn’t say hi or anything. Just stood there waiting for us to give our order. So we did. We paid and realized immediately while she was giving our change, that she rang up the wrong thing. So the girl goes to the back and tells someone on the line that the order was actually supposed to be black bean burrito. We waited almost 7 min for our food and finally went to the counter to ask what happened. The girl got the manager to tel us they were out of black beans. Two of the three burritos we ordered had black beans. The manager told me that she told the girl to come tell us they didn’t have any black beans. When I told her that the girl never came to tell us that she just said oh and blew it off. So I told her to just make two of the same burrito. The manager said that was still a difference of .79 would we like something else I told her no just give me my money back. She said that it wasn’t worth it to return the .79 just pick something else. The food we did get 22 min after we ordered was wrong. The burrito that came with chicken and black beans was supposed to be light on the refried beans and instead they just didn’t put any at all. The two burritos that were supposed to be the same i.e. No jalapeño sauce and there was sauce on one and not the other. Then when we are almost done having the longest dinner at Taco Bell ever getting everything we ordered wrong we get approached by some drunk guy asking us to buy him some tacos. Worst experience ever. Give it zero stars if I could.

Nastiest, dirtiest TB I’ve ever been in! It smells like dirty mop water. The seats are covered in grease and food. My shoes stick to the floor. Not one clean table in the entire place. No ice in the soda machine. We’re the only people here and we’ve been waiting 15 minutes for our food. If I could give zero stars I would have! And now we have the food… Utter crap! $ 2.59 for a potato burrito with two tiny potatoes, a teaspoon of meat and a bunch of cheese sauce. «Loaded» chicken grilled that was about as thick as a pancake!!! RIPOFF!!!

It’s Taco Bell. The food is going to be fast and it may or may not be the most fresh picked organic and farm raised meats and veggies, however it’s a quick meal for an awesome price. I frequent this location because it’s convenient and the customer service in the drive through is so pleasant. It’s so rare to find a clear and accurate drive through… this one is it! Every time I go there, it’s a nice visit. The food is what to be expected but the customer service is outstanding!

Service is amazing in the AM but once night falls I swear they have the laziest, most inconsiderate and rude employees! Perhaps they’re tired from a long day or in a bad mood… but that has nothing to do with me and I do not appreciate getting my bag of food basically thrown at me in the drive thru, and the window slammed while I’m still talking. I tried to ask for sauce(Because my bag of half wrapped taco had none) and was given 4 packets… I order a way more than 4 tacos. Very rude! But to the morning worker, I have to say she was the nicest person to work at a fast food place. I feel sorry that she has to work with neanderthals.

Literally the slowest drive thru ever! Late night, afternoon, doesn’t matter! It’s slow!

I’ve came here before, the service was ok. But this time it was terrible! I ordered a 3 taco supreme and they just gave me 2. I went inside to tell them. The lady in charge of the drive-thru said I just ordered 2. In the receipt it clearly said«3 taco supreme.» Will not come back.

Yummy. Everytime I come here, I get two bean burritos and a side of nachos with a medium drink. It costs exactly $ 5.04 and is worth every penny. You can dip your burritos in the cheese from the nachos and it’s heaven in your mouth. Minus one star because it always takes forever. And minus another star because they have the worst parking lot ever with random spaces and arrows pointing in the other way. It’s also a pain to get out of the parking lot unless to want to keep going east. Um, no one lives out there.

To be surprised at a fast good restaurant is rare but this Taco Bell did. Ordered my food the clerk was so nice, I really felt welcome and thankful to come in. My order was up fast even though I had a special order. The food was Taco Bell so it was ok. This place is built on customer service and it wasn’t just my order, the lady next to me also said to her bf «wow over the clerk«. A clerk ran outside to give a customer an order they forgot. I’m shocked but thankful. Great job!

Eh, what can you say, it’s Taco Bell, fast food! The place is a pain in the hind end to get in and out of if you happen to be driving west on Mockingbird and needing to continue west on Mockingbird. Other than that it is your typical over salted, God only knows what’s really in it fast food and I had a craving for it today.

Aw Lawds! Doritos Locos Taco was unstoppable!!! It may be a little expensive for what it is. It may be a little terrible if you eat more than 2. It may give you a little diarrhea. but that first bite is pure bliss. And none of you can take that away from me. Chase it with a mountain dew code red for true fat kid happiness

Ranchero chicken soft taco is on the diet menu. They are $ 1.78 each and contain 4 grams of fat. Enough said.

I go to this Taco Bell about every other day at 2 a.m. I have the same conversation with the night manager every time I’m there. Window Dude: You just get up or just headed home this time? Me: Little bit of column A, little bit of column B. Window Dude: You say that every time I ask. Would you like a colossal amount of hot sauce? Me: Why yes I would. Thank’y much. Window Dude: See you Tuesday. Me: I’ll be here. By default, I am now dating the Window Dude at Taco Bell. Combo burrito, no beans, no red sauce, add green sauce, extra cheese; volcano taco, pintos’n’cheese with sour cream; and yes… a colossal amount of hot sauce. And he always yells over his shoulder at the folks making the food to check to make sure my beans have sour cream and my combo burrito is actually a green beef burrito that is no longer on the menu. As far as taco food goes, Taco Bell’s rock. As far as Taco Bell’s go… this is the ONLY one that always gets it right, makes the food correctly and MAKESTHEFREAKINGBURRITOTOWHERETHECHEESEANDSOURCREAMISSPREADOUTEVENLYACROSSTHEENTIREBURRITO. Usually all the sour cream is scrunched at the front and the cheese is at the end at other locations. And yes, I’m on a fast food kick this week. I’m on vacation ths weekend and I’m saving up my money to buy huge amounts of barbecue and enchiladas in Austin.

What can I say? It’s a Taco Bell. Ranked against other Taco Bells, this location could get 5 stars; ranked against other fast food, 3.5 stars; but ranked against real food, 2 is the best I can do. I’ve driven through here more times than I can remember. In 7 years, they only screwed up my order once(gave me some cinnamon twists instead of a double decker taco – I was NOT happy), but I called the manager and he said next time I came back, he’d make it right. Indeed, he did. He remembered me and my next meal was free. Best values, IMO, beef grilled stuft burrito and double decker tacos.
