It’s Taco Bell — don’t expect much. But this location is better than many; the drive-​thru lines move at a reasonable place and the staff is friendly. I am most impressed by how clean the lobby always is. It seems that every time I’m in there, no matter the time of day, there is always an employee mopping or wiping down tables. I’ve honestly never sat down at a dirty tabletop here. Ditto the bathrooms being clean.
Accuracy in the drive-​thru has been our only issue; I once had an employee argue with me that I’d «ordered wrong», when they gave me an item completely different from what had appeared on the screen. He also then took the «wrong» food and kept it for himself to eat later — HORRIFIC health code violation, not to mention gross and unprofessional.
Other than that, though, we’ve been happy with both the service and the food here, and I guess our repeat business says it all.

This has got to be the best Taco Bell I have ever been in. Always clean and the staff is impeccable. I have never gone in there without one of the staff saying hello and when I leave they make a point of saying good bye. Who ever is doing the hiring is doing a great job at training. We will always make it a point to go there when we come through Dallas.

Just like most other taco bells.
Well kept, clean, everything in good repair. They weren’t too busy, but there were plenty of employees working. I saw less than half a dozen customers but more employees.
There are plenty of items to choose from on the dollar menu and they don’t skimp on the portions.

This Taco Bell is new to the Dallas area. Their customer service is fast and courteous. They always seem to get my order right, and trust me I have a very complicated orders. The facilities are well-​maintained and clean. I have to say this is one of the best taco Bell’s I’ve been doing a while.

Tried to get a cup of coffee there at 0730, they open at 0700. They had not started brewing it yet. Went to the convenience store across the plaza. This place is horribly managed.
