Quite simply put JJ is the epitome of a players-​coach. His prior background allows him to relate to his athletes on a level that only individuals who have gone through the training can. He cannot only relate to the physical toil training takes on the body but more importantly to the emotional. He will never give a workout hes never done in the past or could never do. He knows what works and that’s what he gives to his athletes. JJs done it and hes willing to share it. I am very proud to have JJ as my coach.
