The manager has no respect for anyone else’s time and is completely rude. I would not recommend these apartments to my worst enemy.

This is the absolute worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. These guys are terrible, my shower broke about 4 weeks ago, I put in a work order and nothing came of it. I’ve since called and left several voice-​mails, nothing came of it. I finally got a day off work, went to the office to ask about my work order and the woman at the main desk got upset with me, told me that she didn’t know what work order I was talking about, and then bitched to me because they «get so many work orders it must have just got lost.» Seriously, don’t stay here. Theft is a huge problem in this neighborhood and the management/​workers at this place are complete assholes.

East Village, San Diego, CA
Property was recently sold and new people are doing a lot of good changes. Keeping everything the same for the most part however lots of projects going on which helps the property. Been here a few months and it’s a great value. Area is quite and nothing real negative to say.
