Stereo Zone

I want to start out by telling you I work for Mercedes at park place and I know how to provide great customer service. It’s not just about doing your job, it’s about going above and beyond to make the client have a outstanding experience. It’s about superseding expectations.
I had traded a car and the new one did not come with a remote to lock and unlock the doors and so I had planned on ordering one from the dealer. I just happen to have been on groupon and saw a deal for a remote car starter. Not knowing wether it would solve my problem or not I called them and Rick answered. After talking with him for a few about what the remote starter would do with my vehicle I knew I wanted to have this store do the work. Before I traded my last car I removed the 4 door speakers, 2 amps and the subwoofers but I didn’t plan on putting them into the new car yet but after speaking with Rick he gave me the quote to install and 3 hours later I was at his shop. I was going to get über to take me to work after I dropped off but Rick offered to let me drive the store loaner while the install was being done. I know my work has loaners but a stereo shop? Crazy! The vehicle was done as promised and the work was top quality. I’ve had 9 different cars that had a full audio/​video installations and had buzzing in speakers. Interior damaged, clips broken, rattles, and just poor quality work. Not at stereo zone. There was even unforeseen work that was required and Rick didn’t try and ask for more money. He honored the quote. It’s a pretty long drive form Plano to Buckner blvd but it’s well worth the drive. I got a great price for the work and the quality with was top notch. I will be bringing back my Mercedes-​Benz G-​Class back to do the same install on it. These guys are great. Don’t spend your money anywhere else other than here. 5 stars from me!
