Staubus & Randall

After losing my grandfather and trying to make sense of the next step in his estate, I turned to the firm of Staubus & Randall for their guidance. By recommendation from a friend at church, I met with Ryan Randall. This was one of the BEST decisions I’ve ever made! The professional attitude and care that was demonstrated by Mr. Randall was what helped me make it through this difficult time. His professionalism and communication skills eased my mind and quickly got closure for me and my family.

No one wants to have to be in the position of dealing with an attorney. The very fact that you need one means that you are probably in a stressful situation, at best. However, when I found myself in need of outstanding legal council regarding my mother’s estate, I was recommended to Keith Staubus by another attorney, who admitted that my situation required someone highly specialized in estate litigation and probate matters.
When I first called Keith to discuss my case, I was immediately put at ease by his calming voice, and thoughtful questions. He recommended that I come in that very afternoon, which I did. Upon meeting him, I felt reassured that this was someone who really had my best interests at heart.
Looking over my mother’s will and related papers, it took him about 2 minutes to poke three gaping holes in the legality of how my family was attempting to handle her stated wishes. He noticed the details that would make or break my case.
He listened to the whole story and counseled me on the three different options of how to proceed. He was very patient, as I ask a LOT of questions, and even seemed to appreciate my desire to be very involved in my case. He was always very responsive, via email, and phone.
We went back and forth with the other side several times, but ended up settling out of court, with a result that was satisfactory to me, and was, more or less, fair.
Keith even managed to punctuate this stressful time with humor, which was a nice relief at times. His office staff are great too, very helpful and kind.
The only downside, of course, are the fees… However, he did his best to keep his time down to a minimum and in the end, you get what you pay for. His knowledge and expertise were invaluable in the success of my case, and were worth every penny of what I paid. I would use him again in a heartbeat, and highly recommend him to those who have complicated estate litigation needs.
