Starbucks

I thought that this Starbucks was the one in the Galleria Centre itself .
We went into this Starbucks and NISHA here really rocks. She was polite, sweet and gave us GREAT service! YAY FOR NISHA!!!

This is one of my favorite Starrybucks! Across from the Galleria and next to Z Gallerie, it is larger in size and the staff are always so friendly. Some outside tables in the courtyard, seats along the windows alleviate the commonly found congestion in other stores. Great customer service, lots of smiles and eye contact, greetings!
Keep up the great team spirit!

Another new Starbucks location (for me anyway) means another Starbucks review. I visited this location during the evening and it definitely had a chill vibe to it. Much more chillaxing than than most I’ve visited. For openers it’s a smaller store which gives it a more intimate feel. This said, there’s plenty of Starbucks paraphernalia sitting around to remind one that it’s not a local shop. Considering the size of the location there is a fair amount of indoor seating.
What really separates this location from many of the others is the staff and the outdoor seating. I stopped by here as I was attending service at a nearby church. Since I was early and needed a boost I turned to my Starbucks app to locate the nearest location. I was also a little hungry and didn’t want anything to heavy (nothing like falling asleep in church). As I looked over the available options in the display case, nothing really appealed to me. One of the barista’s suggested I try something from their new ‘evening menu’. He reviewed (and showed) me several of the items. I opted for the Chicken Sausage & Mushroom Flatbread pizza and for my drink I went with the Very Berry Hibiscus Refresher. This ended up being the perfect combination; not too filling with a nice boost. Of course a glass of wine would be have been nice (wine is available at this location) but since I was heading to church I decided against it.
Initially I was going to grab a seat inside and enjoy my purchase but then I opted to sit outside. The outdoor seating at this location is prime real-​estate as it is part of the courtyard in between the Starbucks and another store. Deciding to sit there amongst nature and enjoy my purchase was a wise decision. Thankfully, there was no one else sitting outside so it provided me with some much needed quiet time. After battling traffic to get to that part of town this definitely helped take the edge off. Also, there are some fairly large trees which when in season will provide ample shading from the sun.
When I find myself in this part of town and in need of a boost, this will be my Starbuck’s of choice. Friendly staff, excellent service and a decent vibe.

Consistently delivers the best customer service! Today I waited in the drive thru a little longer than expected and they didn’t charge me for my drink due to the wait. It was such a nice surprise. The entire staff is always so friendly (and often funny!). I find myself going out of my way to start my day with this location!

Got my free tall dark roast coffee this morning as a courtesy of the great crew… they were experiencing a small hiccup behind the counter so I had to wait a couple of moments which wasn’t bad but when it came time to pay it offered me a cup of coffee for free thank you Starbucks!

The food an coffee are standard fare for Starbucks. The staff was pretty hipsterish, that is to say standard for Starbucks, but seriously, they were polite and competent.
This location is kind of long and narrow, which was interesting. I got in and out pretty quickly, despite a moderate line.

I love the way this Starbucks look. Might just be one of my favortites that I have ever been too

This Starbucks gets packed! For being so close to the galleria this location needs to expand or something with more seating/​tables and most importantly power sockets!

I have been going to this Starbucks for a year now. I have never been dissatisfied with the staff, quality of drinks, and atmosphere. The just recently renovated the entire Starbucks and added a few more items to the menu. I believe that this location is just improving and will bring in more customers for those reasons.

I like this location because it has a really nice patio. Unfortunately the interior seating is limited, so you have to get there early. There is plenty of parking in the lot though.

I generally wouldn’t give a starbucks a good review but this particular location is far above all the rest in the surrounding area. The coffee is great and worth the money. Almost every other starbucks I’ve been to has been awful. I would never recommend starbucks to anyone but if they’re around the Galleria, then stop by this location.

A Starbucks is a Starbucks…
This location is conveniently located near a mall and other shopping. It’s usually busy with people hanging out on their laptops. The staff is friendly and efficient about moving the line along.

First of all I consider myself to be some what of a Starbucks connoisseur. I am here at least twice on the weekends. (Not so much on the week days because I mean come on a girl has gotta keep her figure in check)
I came here early on a Sunday AM before heading back to Houston, not a big crowd. It was actually relatively empty considering it was a weekend. The girl behind the counter was really sweet but distracted by the disgruntled barista who was basically complaining and saying how much he hates all of his coworkers besides her.
He made our drinks pretty quickly and incorrectly at that. My husband’s frap was lacking topping and was watery. My macchiato was just alright and I don’t think he used the correct milk. When I asked him to fix my husband’s drink he was really rude and smug. He didn’t even apologize. When he handed it back to me he refused to make eye contact with me. Like oh wait I AM SORRY YOU MADE MY DRINK WRONG! I don’t know how many times I have had an order made incorrectly and was in the drive thru and couldn’t go back to correct it.
The fact is that I paid $ 10 for 2 drinks. There should be a sense of pride when you are working for a company that specializes in making hand crafted coffee beverages. I mean it is a drink for Pete’s sake not a steak dinner. Take the extra 2 seconds you are suppose to and put my damn drizzle on my over priced coffee!

Went in this morning and redeemed my free Starbucks rewards drink. No issues! The employees were very nice and quickly made me a delicious iced skinny caramel macchiato.

This particular Starbucks is hidden in the middle of all these home improvement/​furniture stores. It’s quiet yet chic. It’s a great place to sit down for some work or grab a quick coffee. The traffic is pretty light so there’s not a long wait. If you’re pressed for time, def choose this one, even though it doesn’t have a drive-​thru!

Very small store with limited indoor seating space, they do have some outdoor seating but that would really only work in good weather and when it’s not freezing or boiling hot.
Staff is really nice though and they get your coffee out quickly, definitely a great place to stop in when you’re shopping in the area!

Who doesn’t love a fresh cup of coffee in the morning? A Peppermint Mocha, a Vanilla Latte, or perhaps a nice cup of Hot Chocolate (with hazelnut syrup). YUM! A few of my favorites at Starbucks. Also, can’t forget to treat myself to a whoopie pie or a cake pop once in a while. This store is a small store and there’s not very much seating, but they do have a lot of Starbucks merchandise in stock (cups, travelers mugs, coffee, variety packs). This store isn’t very busy so I definitely can get my coffee when I’m busy and on the go without having to wait in a long time. Ample parking in front of the store and right off the Tollway!
