Crazy busy on Mondays and Friday’s mornings. Drive thru line reminds me of Black Friday. Any other day it’s has a pretty good flow. I paid with my app, and when I showed my phone at the drive thru I forgot it was plugged into my car charger n I yanked it and it flew out the window. Screen cracked lol. Barista was like omg. Today I went again and the same barista was at the window. Pretty sure she remembered me when I paid with my cracked phone and she tried to keep a straight face. We just laughed lol. But she didn’t say a word. Very professional. Just don’t go during peak hours and this place is ok.

Slowest Starbucks ever. Drive through takes significantly longer than it should, even at non-peak times of the day. Waited 15 minutes behind 3 cars on a Saturday evening. They regularly have trouble hearing in the drive through and my bf and I both end up repeating our orders, sometimes several times before they get it right(like today when I ordered just an unsweetened iced green tea). If it weren’t so close to home and on the way to everything, I would skip this location altogether.

I cannot give this location any less than 2 stars, because let’s face it, Starbuck’s coffee is amazing wherever you go. I stopped at this location around 3pm on a slow day. I ordered my coffee and the cashier told me my drink would be out shortly. So, I used this time to use the restroom. I then waited another five minutes… 3 people that were after received their drinks before I did, but me being a very patient person, I waited yet another 5 minutes. While waiting the cashier(who said she would have my drink out to me) had a nice little chat with a girl that worked there(not on the clock on my side of the counter) During this time, one of the employees walked by, And I informed him that I had not yet received my drink. The employee(not on the clock) kind of rudely looked at me and told me that their front machine was not working so they were using the drive-thru one for all of the orders and that’s why it was taking so long.(I ordered an iced caramel macchiato mind you.)As, I stood there staring at my drink on the drive-thru counter, which was finally given to me by another employee. Kind of upset I walk out the door. No apologies from any of the employees. I take a drink and unsurprisingly they forgot the vanilla syrup. From that point on, this location has lost my business. Long story short, shit happens. I have worked in customer service all of my life, learn how to handle situations correctly. Good Day

It is not uncommon to see 15 cars in the line for the drive thru. Fortunately, there’s plenty of parking and you can park and get your coffee while everyone else sits in their car.

I went here late at night around 9pm. First the parking lot was full and barely got a spot, second I ordered a hot mocha which tasted like hot water. Third, there was a lot of people in here that looked like they spent the day standing on street corners collect money, hardly anybody had a drink at their table. I think this is the location where the homeless people to come hangout after a hard day of work.

Happy people and tasty coffee and good Wi-Fi means five stars, anywhere, anytime. Also, the nearby«library» at Half Priced books, their reading room and cool clientele keep the place buzzing with good company and good conversation.

Just spent 15 minutes waiting in line to order thru drive thru and another 15 after i ordered waiting to get to the window. I didn’t reach it because I pulled out and left because I refuse to give my business to a place that makes me wait 30+ minutes for a coffee. I get you’re busy but that just means you’re poorly staffed.

Not the best Starbucks out there. It’s oddly located with poor parking. I would not come here to work on my laptop.

I have to admit on Saturday morning when I have just crawled out of bed and walked the dogs I jump in my car to get my Starbucks. I still have the unbrushed hair look that I just rolled out of bed so I generally drive out of my way to drive to this Starbucks because of the drive-thru. Fortunately, the drive-thru line here isn’t too long of a wait. It is really hard to get in to the location. There is a side street from a stoplight that you really should pull into to get into the drive-thru or to park. Sometimes people come in the wrong way and it makes the line rather awkward but once you figure out how to get in and out you should be fine. People in line can be kind of rude but that’s probably because they haven’t gotten there coffee yet. The associates here are pretty friendly and accommodating. I always take my pups with me through the drive-thru and they are always so sweet to them. Sometimes they offer them a pup treat, which is just a cup with whipped cream in it that they will give you for free. Also, there have been some times when they are out of product and help me choose the next best thing for my latte to stay within the«sugar free» goal. I have gone into the store before and the service seems a bit slower. The store is set up where the drive-thru window has an entirely different area and coffee machine. The people upfront are just not as quick as the people in the drive-thru but they are really friendly and helpful. Just be aware this is a smaller Starbucks and many people go to this location so they run out of items quickly.

The loudest and most gross Starbucks I have been in. The baristas are super loud. They talk to each other like they’re 50 feet apart. They throw stuff on a surface. I saw flies every time I visit. The tables are sticky. Coffee shop should be peaceful !! It’s a bad place to have a meeting and a study group.

Nice staff. Horrific location. Yes, it is close to my job but it is awful to access. The parking lot is tiny and navigating in when people are exciting at the same time is a nightmare, even in my smaller-size car! The number one real estate rule obvi didn’t apply when finding a place to set up shop: location, location, location. Also, and more importantly, this location failed to carry my all-time favorite caramel ribbon crunch frapp this season! Uggg.

Always good coffee being served here. They never fail to satisfy my needs for coffee. Aside from the friendly baristas, the place also has a nice feel to it. Nothing to grand about this place though.

The only reason I’m giving one star is because I love Starbucks! This location is seriously lacking service. Today I went through the drive thru with only two cars ahead. I arrived at 4:31, then ordered at 4:40. Not upset about that I understand waiting my turn and figured maybe someone ahead had a difficult order. I ordered an iced coffee and a blueberry muffin. When I arrived at the window at 4:49 I paid. Immediately I received my muffin and card back. The employee said let me grab your coffee, then shut the window. Both employees began stocking their sections with bottled water, etc… I finally received my iced coffee at 4:57 and the muffin was stale. They didn’t apologize or explain why it took so long! I’ve never written a review and literally signed up for Unilocal right after to share my experience. Ps: The Starbucks on Greenville ave is so much better! The employees are genuine and hard workers.

My guilty pleasure is Starbucks. If I am really indulging, I will add an extra shot of espresso. Recently, I received a handful of Starbucks gift cards for my birthday and for Christmas. I love that you can download the Starbucks app and manage those gift cards via the Internet or from the simplicity of your smart phone. This app has allowed me to check my balances and pay via bar code on my cell. In my opinion, that is a major plus. My favorite drinks are the salted caramel mocha, white chocolate mocha, and the salted caramel hot chocolate. For this particular location, the drive thru is especially convenient. Although, I have been there a many times and the traffic is so backed up that it is impossible to park or even access the drive thru. Hence, the four stars instead of five. Personally, I think that they should buy that lot right next door and build a super Starbucks!

Dropped through here last week when I was in Dallas. Ambience: Good, clean, spacious interior. Not crowded. Service: Excellent Coffee: Tasty and warm. In short… everything that I want or expect from a Starbucks. I did not see the«singing barista» that I see mentioned in other reviews :(

I can’t count the number of times I’ve driven by this place and the line for the drive-thru was ten cars deep. With two different entrances and not a lot of space, that seems super problematic. Honestly, I only go here if I’m desperate. The parking lot is almost too small to navigate. I’ve used the drive-thru once — just after six in the morning on a Saturday, so no line! I had my dog with me and the barista had a fit and gave her a «puppy whip» — a small cup of whipped cream. Sweet! Puppy loves getting free stuff, and I love anyone who is nice to my dog. Friendly service, standard Starbucks drinks, but horrible parking/drive-thru situation.

Easiest starbucks for me to hit on my way to work. The drive through used to be a big problem — there would be cars waiting to get into line from every which way, but it’s seemed to have cleared up — at least at the time that I go. The outside barista that takes your order and payment has really helped with the drive through traffic as well. The«singing barista» is usually in the drive through window on my visits, he’s always an upbeat and bright spot to the end of my long commute! And yes, when I handed him my birthday drink coupon I was rewarded with singing.

I had to update this review. When I last reviewed it I was writing on a long series of experiences of very bad traffic in the mornings to the point where it was almost impossible to go there and get out in a reasonable amount of time. However, since the review I’ve made it a point to go there several times and since my schedule at work has been hectic I’ve been catching it at all hours of the morning. They really aren’t as crazy as my last review made them seem. Although, everything I said before is very applicable between about 8:30am-9:00am. Normally, they seem to run their drive-thru efficiently and effectively. Also, I’ve noticed a definite improvement in the quality of the drinks. I don’t know what has happened but the lattes have improved in quality, and I had one of the best passion tea lemonades I’ve ever had from a Starbucks this past weekend. In the realm of Starbucks this location has definitely earned their 4th star and have redeemed themselves for me. Now I can say, long live my caffeine addiction! I have another place to get good coffee!
