Decent little starbucks. The staff didn’t converse with us much so I can’t compliment on them outside of the fact that they seemed nice and they got us our drink orders pretty quick.
There is parking out front in the main shopping center lot. If the restaurant is busy you’ll struggle to find parking.

Very busy place but clean every time I walk in. Staff is friendly and is lung to help with explaining the menu.
Fast and love it but would like to have a drive thru but location doesn’t allow for it. Had to take one star away for parking

I just don’t like this Starbucks. Most of the employees are not friendly and even some of the customers are just rude here. Is this a snobby location? Both times I’ve been here the cashier didn’t bother to smile or say hello. On my last visit the barista that took my order before I paid the cashier was actually nice, but the cashier and the person that made my drink weren’t friendly. I fully expect all the employees to be friendly when I’m paying $ 5 for 16 ounces of coffee!
I guess they can’t do anything about customers that don’t say «excuse me» and let the door slam in your face as you’re walking in or out, but it seems like that’s just the type of people that go to this location. Maybe if the staff was more friendly it would rub off in the customers. This Starbucks just puts me in a bad mood when Starbucks usually makes me do a happy dance.

Yes the coffee is great, it’s a Starbucks, but the service sucks! Such a stark contrast to how I’m usually treated at any other sbux.
I walk to the counter and great my batista with a «hey, how are you?» (Insert smiley face)
She responds with a terse «Yeah?»
Backlashed, I just order my drink, and decide maybe she’s having a rough day.
So I get my drink and they they gave me whole milk instead of the soy I asked for. I go to explain this to my batista and she walks away saying «Omg I can’t» laughing to one of her coworkers.
Wtf. She is then replaced by the person making drinks who grabs the drink and replaces it, no apology, nothing.
You guys do know there’s a DRIVE THRU Sbux, literally around the corner. You’re not special. Don’t be dicks.

Went in this morning to redeem my free Starbucks rewards drink and got an iced white chocolate mocha. It was delish. The service was pleasant, but my drink wasn’t 100% right. The cashier asked me if I wanted whipped cream on my drink and I said yes, but when I got my drink there was none on it. I didn’t bring it to their attention because I figured I don’t need the extra calories anyway.
Overall, I’ll be back when I’m in the area.

This is my Starbucks for when I am on my way to work! They are friendly, they are quick, and they remember you! Love them!
The guy named Eric that works there is a total jerk! I have seen him mainly in the afternoons but yeah, total jerk!

This is a decent Starbucks. The free iTunes & app cards are often depleted when I get here. The place is clean and the staff is usually very nice. The music is often so loud at this location, it’s hard to think. I’ve asked them to turn down the music before and was told they weren’t allowed to — so I left. It was making my temples throb.

This is my favorite Starbucks in Dallas. I’ve been going once a week or so for a couple years, and there seems to be very little staff turnover. Everyone who works there seems to have it together. I’ve always been happy with the drinks, no matter how unusual or complex the order. They recognize me, often remember my name and my favorite drink (skinny mocha frapp with an extra shot), and they have always been friendly.
Once I was caught out at lunch with no healthy options, and the lady there volunteered to go to the back to get me a banana!
I normally just order takeout drinks, and continue to go to this location because of the people.

Ya know, this location isn’t half bad.
The staff here is fantastic, the drinks are great (as in, every employee knows what they’re doing), and the parking is super convenient… unlike some of the drive-​thru or downtown locations.
Cleanliness is always a huge issue for me, and this particular location keeps clean well. Clean place = no crap in my drinks! That’s good.
And yeah, the volume of the music was a bit much for a skype call or a business phone call, but that’s all good. It’s whatever… really serves as a great «second office» when I’m in the area and need some space to chill for a bit.

As Starbucks go, it’s a decent one. Was grabbing lunch with my wife one Tuesday and decided to stop at this location for the first time. Ordered my typical venti Americano… walked away pleased.
Will most likely stop by here again… if they continue to provide the service and product I would expect from Starbucks, I can’t see myself not bumping them up to a 4…

I’m usually more of an independent coffee shop kind of girl, but this Starbucks happened to be the closest thing to me as I was rushing to find a spot for my conference call.
The corner space and location allows for ample parking as well as a few outside tables. I opted for an inside couch area and settled in with my Skinny Caramel Macchiato.
The staff was really sweet and great about keeping the place tidy. Staffers were constantly sweeping, cleaning up the coffee additions area and wiping up dirty tables.
Although it was a bit loud, that’s to be expected. It satisfied my office need for 90 minutes and I was on my way!
