Spring Creek Private School

We are happy with Spring Creek School. The owners genuinely seem to care about each child and greet us daily with a smile. My child is in the infant room and seems happy and well cared for. The lunch meal is right on target for this environment. My only really change request would be for healthier snacks to be provided. They serve things like graham crackers and gold fish daily. Thankfully the staff is very receptive to someone bringing their own food. The two caregivers that watch my child are friendly, communicate with me and are helping me transition my child from the bottle to the sippy cup. Prices are reasonable and the Friday night late night is a fabulous offering. Overall we are happy with the level of care my child receives and the friends she’s making here. I look forward to my child participating in all the activities they offer once she’s older.

My had been going here for almost a year. SHE LOVES THIS PLACE!!! She even asks me to go on the weekends. The curriculum is great and they really work with the kids. The directors/​owners are very sweet and I can tell they truly care. My job has move 5 miles north of my house and we still drive 6 miles in the opposite direction (one way) just to bring her to school.

My experience with this daycare was TERRIBLE. If negative stars were possible, I would give –2. The director is rude, they have an EXTREMELY high turn over rate (my daughter had 4 teachers in 9 months before I pulled her out), and the place is dark and dingy. I ignored all these problems as long as I could because it’s cheap. I was paying 113 a week, and the next closest daycare was 154 a week. I’ve found that you really do get what you pay for, and I would rather pay 200 a week than send my child back to that hell hole. What really made me decide to leave is that my daughter was terrified of one of the teachers, and came home saying «Ms Dorothy is bad and bad and bad and she says bad things and she’s mean!» Now that’s pretty heavy coming from a 3 year old. So I brought it up to the director and she told me that my daughter is strong willed and does not follow direction, and the reason she doesn’t like Ms Dorothy is because she makes her do as she’s told. I was seething with rage when I left that day, and I pulled her out as soon as I could get her enrolled somewhere else. I’m sorry, but when I’m paying over $ 400 a month, I expect to be treated with at least a little bit of respect and courtesy.
