Fast, courteous and thorough service. Took my daughter’s car and mine at the same time and did not have to wait — as a matter of fact they walked over to us to welcome and offer their service. Ray the mechanic gave me rundown of the issues I should get done now and others that can wait till the next visit. I like that. Will be bring the third car here too in a couple of days. I’m big on ‘no-​pressure selling’ which makes me think they’re my new go-​to oil change place.

This is my second time getting an oil change here and they always do a good job. Cleo, the Assistant
Manager, is thorough and friendly, and so is the woman who handles the check in and payment (wish I knew her name). They aren’t necessarily cheaper than anywhere else, but they are just as good and it’s always a better experience. Will continue to come back.

As a young lady, it is hard to find a mechanic that I can trust to be honest and get things done correctly. I was referred here by a friend and couldn’t be happier. I have never had any problems and have never been told any «additional» unnecessary work needed to be done. The price is right and I have had the honor of meeting the owner, super nice man and his staff are always friendly. I will go here for all of my car care needs.

Let me start by saying I am picky, especially when it comes to my car. I have always felt like my car was in good hands here. Owner is usually there and he operates a great business. Super friendly staff and I’m in and out usually in less than 20 minutes. And they are fairly priced. Check the website for discounts and offers. I’ll be back!

Came in for State Inspection on a rainy morning and got the most excellent service! Cleo greeted me and took care of my car, and Bruce helped me in the office. Bruce even had them bring my car back thru the covered parking so I wouldn’t have to walk out in the rain! Excellent customer service all around! I highly recommend! Thanks, guys!

I usually HATE going anywhere car related because a) I am a girl and usually feel like I get ripped off and taken advantage of and b) all the normal annoyances: time, money, etc.
SpeeDee Oil Change takes all the pain out of the process. Every time I go here I am instantly greeted by a very nice technician. The process is always very quick and I am usually in and out in 15 – 30 minutes. They go above and beyond and even do extras like vacuum your car and wash your windows.
My favorite thing about this place is that they make me feel comfortable and don’t make me feel like I am getting ripped off. Any thing they do that is extra to what I came in for, they show me my car and explain why I need what they are suggesting.
Great service, great people, and as good of an experience you could have for something like an oil change.

It’s difficult to find a mechanic that you can trust, that you can rely on to take care of your car and not take advantage of you because of your lack of car knowledge. For 3 years I relied on this shop and particularly Robert. I did not hesitate to follow his recommendations for service, and anytime I needed help with my car I knew I could stop by this shop and they would help. Unfortunately when I stopped by last week to get my car checked out to make it road trip ready for a cross country trip, I was told that Robert no longer worked there, and that the shop «no longer checked out cars to make them road ready and recommend services.»
Oh well, back to looking for a mechanic and shop that I can trust and cares to help me with my car. But for 3 years this shop has been awesome all the way around!

Place is great. Came in with a book expecting a long wait for an oil change, literally in and out in 15 minutes!!! They didn’t recommend any extra services or pressure me into them like other places. The staff was very friendly.

I have to be honest, I wasn’t sure what to expect when I pulled up without any appointment at 12:30 pm on a Saturday, but I was pleasantly surprised. The service took less than 30 minutes from my pulling in to my pulling out of the parking lot. I found the people to be professional, helpful and the building to be clean, etc.
Thank you for not trying to sell me hard on other items and for the quick service!

I had a great experience at this location. They are very nice ! I went to get a oil change and they added some more stuff for free! They check everything else to see if your car is running ok and they give u a list to provide you with future services. Overall a great service with a clean car when I got in it again at the end of the service. Thanks !!

Bruce and team got me out of a bind! I needed new rear shocks on my civic. I wanted to do it myself but ran into issues getting the bolts out (no air tools).
I took it to SpeeDee based on a friend’s recommendation and Bruce quickly gave me a very fair estimate for the labor costs, as I already had the parts. One of the bolts was damaged due to my failed attempts to DIY the job, but Bruce and team went above and beyond to cut out the afflicted bolt and complete the job. Bruce was upfront about the (very reasonable) additional charge to remove the stripped bolt. There was a small mishap caused by using cutting tools in confined areas but Bruce took responsibility and fixed the damage with no extra charge.
I am new to the area so I am thrilled to find a capable, honest mechanic who charges fair prices. I will be back for my future car care needs!

What Great friendly service here! I’m not from the area so I had to rely on Unilocal to help me find a place I could trust. With the great reviews on Unilocal,I chose to go here for my oil change. At the first meeting with Cleo, a manager, who greeted me, I felt at ease immediately. His friendly open manner was great! Then Robert who took care of my car, told me his recommendations with open honesty. No pushing and prodding. Just being real and even told me across the street, it would be cheaper a few dollars. Cleaned my filter when other places prolly woulda told me to get a new one. All in all — GREAT SERVICE!!! I highly recommend this place everyone. And the gal at the front desk was super friendly as well!!! I’ll be back when in the area!

We took our car to another shop for repair after 3 failed attempts to have speedee correct their work. The other shop confirmed Speedee did not replace the high pressure power steering hose in our car which is the reason our power steering was failing, they attempted to repair the old hose with faulty valves and charged us for a new hose replacement. I kept the hose as proof and will be dealing with them through legal channels. Shady business practices should not be allowed to scam people out of their hard earned money.

I went in on a Saturday afternoon to get an oil change and I was out of there within 15 minutes. The service was great! Bobby did an excellent job at explaining what was included with the package I bought.
It’s definitely refreshing to find an auto service place that doesn’t try to squeeze every penny out of you. I am most definitely coming back.

Came in and had to be in and out within an hour. They had my inepection done in less than 30 mins and that’s with me failing one changing the wiper blades and him checking it again. Bruce was the inspector super nice guy and willing to help you. State Inspection was only $ 25.00 can’t beat that.

The best thing about this place is their service. Friendly staff, quick service, and no hassle. I hate going in and being told I need to drop some obscene amount of $ that I wasn’t prepared. Came in for an oil change and state inspection. I was out in about 35 minutes and that’s with 4 others ahead of me.
I’ll be back. Highly recommended.

Five stars because they have donuts in the morning. Five stars because they had me in and out in less than 20 mins for a state inspection. Five stars cause they’re cool dudes who will shoot you straight.
So after you’ve had your breaks «repaired» somewhere else bring it here to really fix the problem.

I had a Groupon for an oil change in another business and aftre reading the reviews I decided to go to Spee Dee (probably my 3rd or 4th time). Was not in the mood to be harassed in any way that day.
Service was super fast, I think about 20min since they have 3 guys working on the car. I had a check engine light on and told I was aware of it and they did not try to upsell anything. On top of it, I had my windshield water also on. They filled up, did something else probably and that light hasn’t come on again.
I really recommend this business to everyone. Fast, friendly, courteous and no BS. I will be back for sure!
