Current customer. Switched to Southern Botanical early this year to manage all my yard and garden needs. Their quote was significantly higher than others, but I chose them in expectation of top quality. I could not be more disappointed. Paying $ 800/month plus thousands of $‘s in «improvements» and my yard looks worse than when they started. Huge disappointment!!!

Had a representative from the company come to give me an estimate and he didn’t get back in touch with me. I called the company and emailed him again, he promised to get me a bid twice and never followed through. Very poor customer service from a company that purports itself to be high quality.
