Slocum Rug Gallery sells beautifully crafted fine antique and new handwoven rugs. Owner Saeid Arsin and showroom manager James Arsin are third generation rug dealers. Their grandfather and uncle opened a rug store in Tehran’s Bazaar in 1910 and the Arsin family has been working in the rug business ever since.

Members of the Arsin family have rug showrooms in countries all over the world, including euro, Middel east and the United States. Saeid opened his first showroom in Houston, Texas in 2007 and his second showroom in the Dallas Design District in 2013. In addition to importing a vast variety of unique traditional and modern handwoven rugs, Slocum Rug Gallery proudly offers an exclusive line of Sultanabads handwoven in Turkey that are only sold in this gallery.

Slocum Rug Gallery also features a design studio that allows clients to work with our in-​house designer to create the perfect rug for any living space. The Arsin family members are dedicated to the highest level of customer service and offer complimentary delivery and onsite consultations to ensure that selecting the right rugs is a stress free process for designers and clients alike.
