Silver Image Limousine

Extremely disappointing experience with Silver Image Limousine. Hired it for prom for seven kids. Limo was old, tattered on the top, old inside. The minute I stuck my head in to take photographs, I could smell old smoke. The air-​conditioner was the only thing that still worked in the back. The promised lights, tv, stereo were no longer in working order. The promised stocked bar of bottled water consisted of two single bottles for seven people. At the end of prom after several attempts by the kids to call the driver (as they were told to do), he would not answer the phone. Two of the young men had to leave the building where the prom was held and walk across the street to the parking lot of another business to find the driver (30 minutes after beginning their attempts to reach him). Although they all enjoyed arriving to prom together, the experience was extremely unprofessional all the way from the condition of the car to the driver. Making arrangements for the limo was great: easy and professional. That is the only reason it receives a second star from me. Wow, really cannot even believe it.

Fun, Fun, Fun. Thank you Silver Image Limousine! We surprised a dear friend, the birthday girl with a terrific ride around Fort Worth in a fabulous limo! Our chauffeur was professional, friendly and he knew all the right places for a fun evening. We had a great time! We want to thank the guys at Silver Image for a fantastic service. We’re now deciding where to eat out for the ‘dining in style’ and can’t wait to jump in that gorgeous Limo again! So worthwhile. thanks again!
