PLEASE AVOID THIS REPAIR SHOP AT ALL COSTS! I went there as a recommendation from a co-​worker who said that they would fix the car for cheap. But CHEAP doesn’t always mean GOOD WORK ! I took my 2008 Honda there twice, once when somebody hit my car and the other time for hail damage. Both the repairs were paid by my insurance, so I should have gone to a reputed shop, but I went here. And WHAT A BIG MISTAKE!!!
Both times they fixed my car and both times the repairs looked ok. So I went home thinking that all was good. But then, after a few months, when the Honda got hit on the side in a parking lot, I took the car to a different shop (Service King) just to get an estimate. The guys at Service King told me that how my car was repaired previously was the worst kind of repairs they had EVER seen. The paint was low quality, the body of the car was not leveled properly after the hail repair, and so on. They said that since the previous repairs were SO BAD, they refused to fix anything on my car due to liability reasons.
So, I took my car to a different repair shop and upon a close inspection, they immediately told me that the car had been in a previous accident. And I was shocked and they told me the same thing that it was the worst repair job they had ever seen. After much hassling and more out of pocket money spent, this repair shop finally fixed my car. Not all of the previous repairs, but all of the new damage.
MORAL OF THE STORY: Don’t take your car to Saints Auto Body. They may be cheap, but they are cheap for a reason. Low quality paint, bad job on repairs, and so on. It will definitely cost you much more in the future in terms of time and money. AVOID !!!
