Live right down the road from Ross Auto & Tire Shop so decided to come by to get my brakes checked. Had been having a lot of squeaking problems so I figured I might need new pads. Called ahead to check the wait time and they told me to come right in. They asked me which pads were squeaking, I said I thought it was the front, but they checked it out and showed me it was actually the back, I really liked that they took me and showed me how much pad I had left. Got the pads replaced in less than an hour and it cost me $ 100 less than I expected! Best of all, no more squeaking! Checked online and the price they charged was the lowest average national price, so that’s pretty sweet. The owner and two techs I worked with were all great, professional, and honest. I gave them each a $ 10 tip because I was so happy with the experience. Will return here for sure, thanks a bunch!

Needed an oil change and of course none of the Groupon places discount synthetic oil and wanted to charge $ 80+ for my MINI, but called and spoke with Gerald and he quoted me $ 69 all in … was there in about 15mins and done in less than an hour.
These guys are fast, courteous, and very friendly!
We will be back!

Unless I take my car to the ford dealership for an oil change I come here. Being new to Dallas I was driving down Ross and found this place. I’ve also used them for used tires on another vehicle and they are very reasonable and very quick with the services!

Bjar runs a quality shop with no BS. Got my brakes down here for a very reasonable amount and quick turn around. Really enjoyed talking with him too and you should support this shop. They don’t try and take advantage of you. Thank you Bjar!

I have been here before to replace a tire and just recently came back for a state inspection & oil change. The service you recieve here is outstanding. I will definitely come back to this place.

These guys are awesome — I pulled up during the lunch hour with a tire that had been losing pressure, and they had me in and out with a patched tire in under 30 minutes! Great pricing, and great service. Will definitely be heading back in the future.

These guys always take care of me but they don’t seem to have scheduling down very well. If they had a better system with that, it would be golden.

Highly recommend this place, they do it all. Bjar is very great and all the other staff are happy and good guys. They get you in and out in a hurry at a low cost. I go there for my oil changes and recently had tires blow out and they got them put on and met out the door in under 30 minutes! Very convenient to uptown/​greenville/​henderson area.

Love this place! Cheap, quick, honest workers… Only downside is the limited space for vehicle drop-​off.

Was lucky to have found this place. Super quick fix and tire alignment. I will be back for the oil change and tune up. Great people running this place. The waiting area is just ok. I figured with how fast they work, you won’t have to stay long. The price is incredibly cheap compared to other shops in the area.

This place is awesome! I had my first flat tire last week and they patched it in 5 minutes and it only cost me $ 9! YEEHAW! I will definitely come here again for all my tire needs! :)

It’s hard to find a good and honest mechanic. Reza is the owner. He is there everyday. I’ve been going here for two years for minor things like oil changes, tires and alignments but recently had a some major work done. Labor is cheap and all costs are transparent. He’s definitely my go to mechanic.

Owner is very friendly. The service was quick and affordable. 30 dollars less then bmw for synthetic oil change. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Doesn’t try to sell you on other stuff. I ll be a regular.

Quick, inexpensive, friendly, easy oil change. Not the nicest of places– you won’t find an espresso bar or extra frills but the service and staff are great. Tons of magazines too.

It appears my days of dropping my car off at Discount Tire are over. No more having to find a ride to and from, or entertaining myself while waiting 6 hours by loitering, drinking, or sleeping in a Wendy’s, and overpaying for «discounted» tires. This place is awesome. I got two new tires for a fraction of the price it would cost at Discount, and it took all of 20 minutes. Park bench out front — great for Greenville Avenue people watching.

Was quoted 2 hours and my car was ready 4.5 hours later.

Although the prices were reasonable and my overall was great until I was misquoted on the time.

Excellent service at very reasonable prices. Reza (the owner) is a very friendly and knowledgeable guy and never tries to sell you anything you don’t need.
I have had a variety of services performed on my car here and have always been completely satisfied. It is around 7 bucks to fix a flat. A brake change (including resurfacing my rosters) was 144 (which in my experience is a fantastic price). Give this place a try. My car is actually being serviced here as I write this.

Just like Derek S, I just created a Unilocal account because this place was so awesome I had to leave a review here.
I asked them to do my inspection, oil & filter change, and fixed my tire pressure. I left my car with them and they finished within a few hours and called me when they were done. When I went back in to pay, they charged me such a reasonable amount (only $ 65) that I had to double check my receipt to make sure they did everything I asked. The tire pressure check was not on the receipt, so I wondered, but sure enough the tire pressure light in my car turned off after a mile or so of driving.
Awesome, I’d definitely go back!

Ross Auto and Tire is going to be my go-​to car shop from now on. They are fairly quick, and cheaper than most places, so I’ve used them a couple of times for oil changes and they did my inspection again.
On the way home from Austin on Sunday the check engine light on my car came on, so I found myself here yesterday. After the guy diagnosed my car he thought it just needed a tune up, but gave me worst case scenarios too just in case. He showed me a leak in one of my gaskets and told me I’d need to get that taken care of in a couple of weeks, and printed an estimate for me. Later he realized the leak was causing problems for my spark plugs so I had to replace the gasket too. There was some vacuum tube that had to be replaced also. The parts from Auto Zone arrived quickly, but the gasket part from the dealership took a couple of hours, so all in all I was there for 5 hours. The guy offered to drive me home, but then I’d be stuck at home, so I decided to wait it out. He gave me the remote control to the TV and cranked down the A/​C so I was comfy.
I had to fork out an arm and a leg, but they cut me a deal on some of the labor. And more importantly you really can sense that these guys are super honest and they do a good job.
