Jeff is a natural mediator who is client-​focused and results-​oriented. He is a compassionate and understanding advocate for all parties, yet not afraid to be diplomatically forceful when necessary. As a skilled negotiator himself, Jeff knows the importance of separating the people from the problem and working side-​by-​side with each party to attack the problem creatively, concentrating on the parties’ interest in resolving the case rather than their positions.
