I bring suits and shirts here almost every week and they provide excellent service every time. They’re always friendly and remember my name when I stop in. They do an excellent job each time and I’ve never had a complaint. They’re also very accommodating when you need items done same day. Great place!

Super friendly service and they have always had my laundry clean on time. The lady at the front desk provides excellent customer service and always greets me by name. Also, they hem slacks and jeans.

I had a very similar experience to the previous reviewer. They tore the sleeve on my shirt and then tried to tell me they did not do it… that it was an old shirt and the fabric had fatigued. The owner absolutely refused to reimburse me for the shirt. The ladies that work in the front are outstanding, and sorely needed after having to interact with the poor excuse of a businessman that owns the place.
This on top of the fact that I had gotten used to clothing that came back from them smelling as though they had not even been cleaned has meant that I will NEVER step foot in this place again. I highly discourage anyone from going to this place.
My experience is almost totally the same as the other review that is on here… so this is not just a coincidence.
They need to go out of business and let someone better occupy that space so that we can have a convenient dry cleaner in the area.
