We both ordered full rack of BBQ baby back ribs. The meat was moist and tender and easily falls off the bone. However, some parts of the ribs were not hot. It went back to the kitchen and was reheated and tasted good. It was delicious and good. The vegetable sides were small portion though. It was good overall!

We went there with a big party of family from outta town in mid octoberAFTER A WEDDING, it was EXTREMELYOVERPRICED and the food sucked, calamari, was ordered by myself and another fam member, it was awful, the lasagna was sub par, the only thing that passed the mustard was my nieces thin pizza, she got a small, the service was below average, i had to wait for my salad that i ordered with my calamari, till i had almost finished eating it. which i eat slow and was trying to make myself finish since we payed top dollar for it. will NEVERGOTHEREAGAIN…

I ordered an 8″ pizza, house salad, and had to add a $ 5 slice of cheesecake to meet delivery minimum. OK, no big deal, I love cheesecake. I had heard rave reviews of this place from coworkers and was really excited to try them out(especially since they deliver to work). This is disappointment at first sight and bite. The house salad was a joke; small, bland, too many black olives and an orange tomato… you know, the kind of salad you would expect from a lower end chain pizza place. The pizza looked and smelled as if it would make up for the salad, but alas, I was FOOLED! The crust was soggy, I could have microwaved bagel bites with more of a crunch… so disappointing. Upon opening to check out my $ 5 slice of cheesecake I was shocked at how small it was. At this point I was so ‘over’ my $ 20(after tip) lunch that I threw it all away and drove to Sonic for a corndog. If someone made me go back, I would try them again for dine in… but the only reason this review received 2 stars is because the phone service was friendly and informative.

Pizza is great and the customer service NEVEREVERFAILS. It’s a nice family-friendly restaurant and we have never had an «unpleasant» experience in all the times we’ve been there. Ask for Karen — wonderfully attentive server, always sweet.

Such a wide variety of items on the menu nothing here just hits me as I need to go to Picasso’s for«This». The ribs were not fantastic, just kind of ok — very tender, warmed through but not hot, the sauce was nothing that stood out. The pizza was good but offered a bit of a soggy crust which for me is a turn off. The staff was attentive and pleasant.

I had food delivered plus I wanted to cure my Italian fix… well I was so happy to have ordered from here. The spaghetti was good, salad, ribs fell off the bone and it did what good food does. put you to sleep. I will definitely be eating from here again!!!

I like this place because it has a full menu of pretty much everything and they deliver to my part of town. So, if you ever want something besides pizza and chinese delivered this is a great place to call. Food isn’t knock you pants off amazing, but good none the less.

The prices are a tad high, but the Grande Quesadilla is excellent, and the chips and salsa portions are huge. We order there at least once a week, and if anything’s amiss, they’re quick to fix it. :-)

Having tried most of their menu and having been to this location multiple times, this review is going to be brutally honest regarding the food quality, the service, the atmosphere, and overall location and décor of this place. Btw, this is NOT an Italian restaurant, this is an American styled food restaurant. First of all, let me applaud them for trying to add every single type of food you can imagine on one menu. Really, the only thing they’re missing is sushi although if you stick around they might add that to their menu in a couple of months.(It’s a joke, don’t even eat sushi if it’s not a legit sushi restaurant). Now let me tell you why this doesn’t always work. You can’t please everyone, that is a simple truth. When you cater to everyone’s needs and wants there are other areas that might fall behind, quality, consistency of how the food is prepared, etc. Why would you try and have decent fish tacos, okay fajitas, good chicken sandwiches, so-so chips and salsa when you can focus all your energy and time developing the most mouthwatering pizzas, the best finger-licking pastas and the freshest salads you’ve ever tried. By shortening a menu and focusing more on certain things, you instantly improve the quality of the chosen items. Based on some of the reviews I read, customers seemed to be overwhelmed with such a large menu as well(Think CheeseCake Factory) Service: If I had to review the restaurant based just on service then I would give this place a 5 star rating. From the moment you walk in their hostess will open the door for you and guide you to a table. From there, the server will take over(usually pretty quick) and will explain some of the features they are having(Note: Features does not mean they change in price, sometimes the desserts do, but not the food. Alcohol prices do vary so make sure to hear closely for those.) Bartenders are pretty friendly as well so if you’re just having dinner on your own, I recommend sitting down at the bar and talk to them. Sometimes one of the managers will walk around and ask you how everything is tasting. Atmosphere: This is what you can expect when you walk in the premises. TV’s everywhere, trendy radio pop music with the occasional Eminem song, a lot of wood«accents» on the walls, random vodka bottles with green lights coming out of them, and families. Lots of families. This is a kid friendly restaurant so if you’re looking for something romantic, beware. There’s a lot going on at first glance. Lots of signs! Booths run out pretty quickly so you might end up sitting a table, which shouldn’t be an issue since the food will taste the same regardless of where you’re sitting. This restaurant can accommodate for large groups, they have pretty big tables. Location: Eh. ½ and ½ on this one. On the bright side it’s one of the few restaurants in the area so if you live within a 5 mile radius you’re in luck. On the other side, it’s hidden in the back of the LA Fitness center. When you’re driving and you the see the huge M from Mi Cocina, it’s the restaurant next to them in the very back.

This has been a «go-to» for family and friends for years so I can say with certainty that the food as well as the service and delivery is consistently good. The pricing is average for Dallas. They are best known for the pizza. Try the Margarita, Meat– Eaters or Mushroom Artichoke. The salad offerings are somewhat small but fresh and tasty as well as the sandwiches(great burgers, chicken club, the tomato basil soup is great. The atmosphere is casual but there are uniformed wait staff and a full bar. Worth a visit.

This is my go to spot when I want to treat myself! The menu has LOTS of choices. They’re known for their Italian dishes and pizza, but they also offer baby back ribs and quesadillas, which I’ve tried, and are very tasty! The servers are all very knowledgeable about the menu, and friendly. Just want/need a drink? They have those too! They’re made good and strong! The indoor seating is nice, but I’m a fan of the beautiful outdoor seating area. Good for dinning and people watching. :-)

Good enough to keep going back, that’s for sure. We really like their salad options, funny being it’s mostly a pizza place. We order delivery from there every few weeks, great to have such a variety of food(American, Italian, Mexican, desserts, appetizers) available for delivery every night of the week. The pizza style is like a dominoes or pizza hut, just better. They have a lot of fresh topping choices, we also love the butter crust for a couple dollars more. Last night we had an order of wings, a gorgonzola and pear salad, and a Greek salad with chicken. Everything was fresh and delicious, the wings were crispy and hot. We’ve eaten almost everything on the menu and it’s all pretty good. Some of the options aren’t the best, the fish tacos are a little bland and mushy and the key lime pie is terrible. Two final things to mention: location is great, since there’s not much else in the area, and the online ordering tool is easy and very thorough.

Ok Unilocaler’s, put your seatbelt on. this one’s gonna swerve and jolt a bit. We visited Picasso’s about 2 years ago and meh, it was ok. FF to last night, we were going to eat at Mi Cocina’s, but the line was too long so we thought we’d give Picasso’s another try. We were able to walk right in. at 7pm on Friday night. Not busy, but a few tables were full. Rahsheem, our waiter, was one of the best points of our visit. Very attentive, engaging, and would do that cool thing of sliding by the table and nonchalantly picking up empty plates, replacing empty drinks with fresh one, etc. Classy waiter. He was tipped well. he’s worth the additional star I added to the review. Wfiey ordered the grape martini. The shaker provided enough drink for two of them. So score in quantity. The down side was, it tasted like Grape Robitussin to both of us. Yuck. For the appetizers, we ordered the Mozzarella sticks with ranch and chips/hot sauce. For the entrée, she ordered the Shrimp/Chicken Quesadilla. I ordered the trio with Alfredo/Lasagna/Chicken Parmesan and a side of Alfredo sauce. On the wife’s side of the table, she liked her chips and hot sauce. The Quesadilla was HUGE… we could have shared it. Actually, we should have. I tasted a piece of the quesadilla and it was cheesy, full of the meat, yet slightly overcooked on the tortilla side. It was quite brown on the top but very tasty. On my side of the table, the mozzarella sticks were piping hot, stringy, and very tasty… the ranch dressing was flavorful yet on the watery side. Slightly forgiving on that point since the flavor was good. The alfredo side was a glob mess. Not sure how much Parmesan or romano or XYZ they use, but it wasn’t good OR tasty. The trio… I noted to myself to not order this again. The parmesan chicken sauce tasted like it had simmered too long, but the chicken part was juicy. The fettucine alfredo suffered from the same sauce issues as my side did. Globby with no flavor. The lasagna was ok… nothing standing out. Left most of it on the plate. Bottom Line: The menu is overwhelming and we feel that Picasso’s should shorten it so they can focus and make fewer things better. Another shout out to Rahsheem for excelling on the service side… but this was one of those times that service didn’t cover the multitude of sinful food issues. Won’t be back.

Was here with a large party last night. The restaurant was extremely accommodating to us and provided separate checks and more importantly processed everyone’s payment quickly. Restaurants quite often act weird about separate checks and take forever to run cards. But not here! The pizza I had was good. And the service was fantastic. I have eaten here many times with good food and service every time. I highly recommend this place. I haven’t ordered delivery from here in a very long time, so don’t have anything to say about delivery time or delivery service. But from what I remember I never had a problem with delivery.

CELIACFRIENDLYGLUTENFREEPIZZA It seems that everyone is jumping on the gluten free bandwagon. It seems almost anyone claims to have gluten free. The chain pizzarias, specialty pizzarias, whatever. I’m tired of everyone jumping on the bandwagon and pretending to be gluten free. I suppose if you’re on a fad diet or if minuscule particles of gluten don’t trigger an autoimmune reaction, why not? I guess those places have a place and that place isn’t in my home. My daughter has celiac and a tiny particle of gluten is enough to trigger an auto-immune response in her intestines. Anyone can say they’re gluten free, but the minute the pizza gets placed in a shared oven, it isn’t truly gluten free. When my daughter accidentally gets«glutened», she’s curled up in pain and crying — often for days. We’ve been ordering Picasso’s for a while now. She gets excited when we order. She used to hate pizza because it made her sick. Now she loves it. Because of that, I love it too. Its good pizza! We’re a gluten free home because we’re a family and if her health is in jeopardy because of something we can change, we do it. The delivery guy is nice, the pizza is great, and my kid has never been sick. I’m thankful they are close by, I’m thankful they deliver. Our convenience foods are seriously limited. Sometimes its nice to just lay around after working hard and having a pizza delivered to your home. I give this place five stars because they really understand how to make a truly gluten-free pizza. I would give them more if I could. Thank you, Picasso’s for giving my kid the option to eat a delivery pizza.

Pizza was amazing! They have some special crust stuffed with cheeses. If you are in the area and want to dine in a nice atmosphere you should come here. I had the chicken florentine pizza recommended to me. The stuffed crust was really good but I want to try the pan crust. You should try it for me and let me know. The atmosphere was dim so it felt more like fine dining which is what I’m all about! Ambiance is a must for me! Our server was very sweet and polite. I truly enjoyed the food and experience.

I have tried several times to give this place a chance, but I’m officially done. My wife and I have eaten at the restaurant twice, both times seated in the bar. Nothing against eating in bars, but… The pizza we ordered the 1st time brought us back for round 2. Not the greatest we’ve ever had, but good enough to be on our local favorite list until… We tried the delivery, 3 different times. Now mind you, we can walk to this place from our house, but some nights you want someone else to cook, clean and deliver. 1st try: took a little less than an hour(too long) but again, we like the pizza. 2nd try(months later): took a little over an hour(way too long) and the pizza was luke warm. 3rd try(just this week): the website said it would be 65 mins. when we ordered. Okay, you’re busy, I get it. Still hit the order button and settled in to wait. At 1 ½ hours, my wife called and was told the driver was having trouble finding it but would be there any minute. At 2 hours, she called back. No driver, no pizza, we’d like a refund please. We’re past hungry and a little miffed. They apologized, said we would get a refund and that they would bring the pizza anyway. The pizza shows up 15 mins. later ice cold. Not even kidding. Got the refund, but would’ve much rather had a nice warm pizza that night. Like I said, we tried.

We came here for lunch today with a group of eight. Picasso’s was more than willing to accommodate our large party. I have eaten the pizza here in the past, because they partner with our apartment complex each month and sell $ 5 medium pizzas at the gate from 4pm to 6pm. At five dollars the pizza is a steal. It was because I had their pizza before that I wanted to try something new. I ordered the lunch special club with sweet potato fries and a side salad. The house salad was delicious. I got mine with cheese, croutons and ranch dressing — simple but delicious. However, I was less than pleased with my entrée. My sweet potato fries were lukewarm at best and my club was not toasted. I needed the crunch of the toasted bread for texture. Instead, it was mushy due to the mayo. I also don’t think that $ 13 is a lunch ‘special’. It really seems pretty steal for my mediocre lunch. I should have just stuck with my side salad. I really want to like this place, but it just didn’t deliver today.
