Guiding you through the steps towards realizing your personal health and fitness goals is not only my passion, but also my commitment to you. As your Certified Personal Trainer & Wellness Coach, I will employ the following strategies to cultivate the athlete within you: Evaluate your current fitness, and discuss your personal goals. Develop a customized training program that fits your needs. And providing Wellness Coaching to strengthen your body and mind.

As an added benefit, a Dietitian is on my team to help plan a comprehensive diet program to keep you energetic, healthy and on-​track to meet your goals. Change comes from within… however a little help can go a long way. I look forward to leading you towards the realization of your personal health and fitness goals, and helping you maintain those goals for years to come.

History

Established in 2006.

PTS began in 2006 as a Personal Training business. Since its inception, a variety of choices have been added for our clients. Wellness Coaching, pairs training, fitness classes, running classes and on site corporate fitness classes make up the well rounded options with PTS. A registered dietician with over 20 years of experience, is on the PTS team to assess and advise the best dietary plan for each participant.

Business Owner

For as long as I can remember, health and fitness have been a primary focus in my life. As a former high school athlete and United States Marine, the expectations of my own personal level of athleticism have always been high. We are given one body and one life, and it is my belief that we owe it to ourselves to maintain the highest level of personal health and wellbeing that we are each individually capable of achieving.

I have been guiding individuals to maintain their health and fitness goals for over 20 years, and received my Certified Personal Training Certificate in 2006. I also possess additional certifications in Biomechanics of Strength Training, Dietary Guidance, Wellness Coaching and Running Coaching.
