Michael P.
Business Owner
Michael Payma is the founder, the managing partner and the lead litigator of Payma, Kuhnel & Smith, P.C. He has been licensed to practice law in the State of Texas since 1994. He handles cases involving business and commercial disputes, personal injuries, wrongful deaths and criminal defense, both in State Courts and Federal Courts.
Michael has been successful in obtaining multi-million dollar verdicts from Dallas County juries and through settlements for his clients. He limits his practice to business and commercial litigation, personal injury law and criminal defense.
Michael has a Bachelors of Science in Mathematics, major in computer science (1985); Master of Arts in Political Economy (1989) from the University of Texas at Dallas and Juris Doctorate from the Texas Wesleyan University School of Law.
