LOVE this place! Took my dog, Cash, there for doggy daycare for the first time today. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I actually got to meet the owner when I picked Cash up and she is wonderful! They texted me pictures of Cash while he was there as well as a video. I love that they do this! I also like that it’s a smaller place and there aren’t an overwhelming amount of dogs there. Cash had a blast and I will be bringing him back next week!

Wow! I came to Dallas for the fair, we had our 7 month old chiweenie with us and come to find out we couldnt take him in the fairgrounds. We searched and called many pet daycares and no one answered. Pawliday answered immediately and even though they were closed she still allowed for us to bring our puppy without hesitation. We are so extremely thankful and honestly we don’t know what we would have done if it werent for this company! Our pup sure seemed to enjoy! We are definitely using again and highly recommend!!! Thank you thank you!!!

We were looking for a last minute boarding for our dog after the state fair was allowing dogs, this place took our pup in even though they were closed. Great customer service and highly recommend them.

I love this place! My little «Lion» is well taken care of, he is place with friends who are friendly and that don’t hurt each other. I love their playgrounds, indoor and outdoor. The employees and even the owner plays with the dogs outside. They check their water regularly and have someone there ²⁴⁄₇. When I arrive from my trips on Sundays I just call, make an appointment and pick up my little Lion shortly after landing. Just make sure to ring the bell because there is no one in the front after hours or on Sunday, they are in the back and won’t hear you knocking. The grooming is superb, they make sure to do what I want and they call me if they have any questions. I’ve been going to Pawliday for almost two years and now they know exactly what I like, I feel it is a second home for my Lion. They really care and love dogs.

I’ve been taking my dog here a couple of times a week for a while now and can’t be happier. The staff is very friendly and really care about your dog. Most of all, my dog loves to go to day care and is always excited when we pull up and can’t wait to get out of the car. He gets plenty of exercise and playtime and is exhausted at the end of the day.

We have boarded our dog there several times over the past year and a half but this last experience will be the final one. We were quoted a price on the phone that was not the same as what was expected upon dropping her off. When making the reservation he never asked me my name or phone number. I asked if he wanted it and was told «no, it’s on the caller ID». When dropping off our dog, guess what? No reservation listed. The daily photos we requested completely stopped half way into her stay. I wonder now if that has anything to do with the scabs up and down her legs. No calls that she was in a tussle or injured. The man at the desk didn’t say anything even when I asked if there had been any incidents. «Not really, just a couple minor things». First, minor things to me means some wrestling that had to be separated, not anything that results in injury and potential scarring. He was completely uninterested. When I asked about the difference in quoted prices he refunded the disputed sum, but I got home to a text telling me I was wrong. I guess you win but I didn’t know it was a competition just good business practice. I will not be back so I hope the $ 35 you refunded us (as a good business should) makes up for the hundreds we spend each year boarding her. Please owners, you are so lovely but your new staff is not!

So disappointed. I live in the area — walking distance to this place and I love to promote and support local business, so when I needed to have my pups boarded I decided to give Pawliday Inn a try. I was told that I would get texted picture updates on my dogs through the weekend and for a fee I could request a Sunday pickup between 3:00pm and 5:00pm. I decided to cut my trip a little short to be sure that I made it in time before they closed at 5:00 pm.
Not only did I never get a single update, but when I arrived on Sunday at 4:00pm to pick up my dogs the doors were closed and no one answered my calls. I also emailed hoping that the owners were checking email, but I never got a response.
I showed up promptly at 7:10am to pick up my dogs on Monday morning hoping to speak with someone about why I never got updates and why there was no one there on Sunday when I came to pick up my dogs and why no one ever returned my calls but the person there was completely uninterested in even speaking to me, let alone answering any questions.
I am worried that since no one was available to even return my calls on Sunday that my dogs weren’t even fed on that day.
I will never return to Pawliday Inn. I would hate for anyone to go through this with their dogs.

I’ve boarded my dogs here three times now and I will return.
Rates are fair, they give a good discount for multiple dogs. I have a deaf dog that is very timid and I hate leaving her but Pawliday staff seemed to treat her right and she was great when I returned.
I like that they send photos and brief updates via text during your dog’s stay. They even give you an option of how frequently you want texts… up to three (3) daily… not sure on that. I got two daily and was comfortable with that.
They have a large space with easy drop off and pick up and they have a massive outdoor area for daycare with or without boarding.
They also have pick up and drop off that I’ve used once… great perk.
The staff was originally a family, I believe, very friendly and caring. It looks like they’ve had to hire some help, but I’ve had a pretty good experience with them.
I think the only thing I find off putting is the odor in the building… I toured several places when I was originally looking for a place a year ago and I noticed some had that strong dog odor while others did not.
Pawliday did not have it originally but has since developed the odor… maybe it’s inevitable but I wish they could reduce it a bit so it smells a bit cleaner. It looks clean, so no issues that I’ve seen yet.
As stated, I will definitely return.

We knew it was time to start considering a daycare option for our Frenchie. Puppies get way to bored when they’re home alone all day. So exercise and socialization seemed like the next step. The problem was where to take him. While we know Frenchies dont do well outside in the heat, we also believed that being stuck in a kennel all day at an indoor daycare wasn’t the best solution either. That’s about the time we ran into a young lady with a frenchie at Mutts who told us about the Pawliday Inn.
The facility is clean and the outside area is big enough for lots of play. He goes three times a week, which is perfect for giving him play time around our busy schedules. We’ve had to provide a few quick sessions on caring for Frenchies, like limiting outside play in the summer and restricting treats to the ones we provide. He is allergic to many others. But the staff listened and followed our direction well.
We weren’t totally pleased with the grooming he got on one occasion. But we also didn’t tell them about it. So that’s our fault for not speaking up. The front desk staff has changed since we first started. Some not as good as previous staff. But they’re getting better.
We’ve also boarded him there (4 days), which was a super scary thing for any frenchie owner. He did well and was well taken care of. I’d recommend them to friends for sure.

Had a bad experience with trying to pick up our dog on a Sunday after boarding for the weekend. However, they did get back in touch with us and offered to comp the stay and bring our dog by our house. An unfortunate incident but they did handle it very well, it was appreciated.

The best doggie daycare in Dallas hands down! My sweet Yoda was a rescue who was working through some serious trust issues when he first came to Pawliday. Lots of love and his days at Pawliday helped him come out of his shell. I had taken him to another doggie daycare in the area and EVERY time he came out looking terrified. When we arrive at Pawliday, his tail wags like crazy and he sprints towards the back area, ready to play!
The ladies who work there are all absolutely amazing and so nice! They love your dogs like they are your own. Plus they will send you pictures of your baby having an absolute blast! Yoda has gotten groomed here several times now and looks handsome as ever when he gets home! I highly recommend checking this place out if you are looking somewhere to send your pups! Pawliday will not disappoint!

Found Pawliday Inn through LivingSocial when we were looking for a new groomer. Our dog can be a nervous handful at the groomers, so I was so hesitant taking him to a new place and looked everywhere! I liked that Pawliday Inn had appointment times since I didn’t want to leave him all day waiting. The ladies at the desk were very sweet, and texted me with updates on how he was doing, which was such a nice touch and very comforting. A cute picture even ended up on their Instagram page. It’s great to see that the employees really enjoy being there, and that the dogs are having fun too. Our dog came out looking cute, and didn’t seem nearly as upset as he usually is after spending a day at the groomers. We will definitely be back.

Came to drop my dogs for the first time. The girl didn’t even get my phone or information which I thought was weird. Asked her to take my number. Got a call when I got home saying she didn’t get my Information and I had to drive all the way back up there since she didn’t do her job while I was there. I would not take your dogs here.

If you’re looking for a family owned, pet centric doggy daycare… look no further because Pawliday Inn is definitely my dog’s «home away from home»! Since I first found this cute doggy daycare last year, my dog has been going to daycare 2 – 3 times a week and has been boarded anywhere from 3 to 9 days. You know it’s a good sign when my dog wags her tail as soon as I pull up to the facility. She’s quite the regular now but that doesn’t stop the cute texts of random photos and videos that I receive on a regular basis! She has no problem leaving me at the front door while she runs to greet her second family. They truly care about the dogs they watch and go above and beyond for my little pup. She recently had some GI issues that prevented her from eating at her regular feeding times so the staff at Pawliday Inn were kind enough to feed her throughout the day. They always treat her as if she’s one of their own and I never have to worry about her safety because they do a great job supervising all the play time! I’m unfortunately (or fortunately) a dog lover to the extreme so its nothing but the best for my little brussels! And Pawliday Inn is definitely our go to place so don’t hesitate to give them a try. It’ll be like dropping off your dog with your parents (or insert other trusting friend/​family member here). I’m sure my dog will love to have more four legged friends!

Pawliday Inn was great! I had my friend drop off my dog Gizmo and they were very great at coordinating the drop off. They also texted me pictures of my dog while I was away. When I went to pick him up, the staff was super friendly and the place looked very clean! When I picked Gizmo up, he looked very clean as well and did not smell like he usually does after daycare boarding.

I originally found this place through Groupon, and even though there aren’t many reviews here it really is a great place and everyone is friendly!
I have 3 small dogs and needed 2 nights of boarding, there was a groupon for $ 35 for this and the owner let me use all 3! It was for Fri-​Sat and since they are closed on Sunday I just had to pay $ 35, but I could pick them up anytime. Nice not to be in a rush! So $ 140 for 2 nights boarding for 3 dogs, not a bad deal compared to other places I checked! Also had one of them groomed and that was $ 44 which is average.
The place is really cute inside too, and lots of rooms for them to run outside. They will also send you text updates of cute pics of them throughout the day, loved those! I would def recommend this place to anyone!

I’m new in town and had to board my maltese shih-​tzu on the fly. I found a groupon on Living Social and read the few reviews on Unilocal and decided to give it a try. I didn’t have time to be picky even though I try to thoroughly check out where I send my dog.
I was SO impressed!!! Pawliday Inn was SO great to my sweet pup. They texted me updates of her and added me on snapchat so that I could see videos of her. They sent me a picture of her suite and where she would be sleeping and updated me daily. I’m very attached to my pup and this was so comforting to see where she is, what she is doing, and that she was interacting with people and other dogs almost all day.
I was anxious to come back to my dog, and although she was thrilled to see me, she didn’t seem scared or uncomfortable at all. I also was comforted in the fact that they have a night-​time caretaker that sleeps over at the location.
Although when you pull up, it is not in the best location, I can guarantee you these people will care about your dog and are not just in it to make money, like many other businesses. I would be happy to recommend them again and will continue to go here from here on out for my boarding and doggy day care services.

Great success! My baby needed to switch daycare and groomers and I’m so glad I chose Pawliday Inn. Brie was great, she invited us to do a walk through the day before I dropped him off so he could meet the daycare crew and feel more comfortable on his his first day! Yes, we are both that needy. Large space, with indoor and outdoor play areas and separate spaces for big and little dogs etc. My pup gets anti-​social after a long day of playing, and with this place I felt confident that he would be closely watched to make sure he was still feeling ok, and that he wasn’t getting overwhelmed by more energetic dogs. The main reason we tried Pawliday Inn was for the grooming and daycare combo, which is so nice. Beauregard’s haircut looks fabulous… and he loves it too. They did a really good job on his face and ears.

I have a little Frenchie that loves to socialize and play with other dogs. I felt badly leaving her at home by herself during the week so my search for puppy daycare began. I did a lot of searching and reviewing because I wasn’t going to leave my baby just anywhere! I was lucky enough to find Pawliday Inn! I emailed them with a laundry list of questions (what pet parent wouldn’t?) and they promptly responded. They were extremely nice and informative.
The first day I brought my baby to Pawliday Inn I was nervous, just like any other pet parent. It’s like dropping your human child off at the first day of daycare or school! But they assured me my baby would be fine and I had nothing to worry about. And they were absolutely right! They sent me pictures and videos of my baby playing with the other fur babies throughout the day which put my mind at ease. I also appreciated the fact my baby is not locked up in a kennel all day. She has full access to the play areas and gets to run and chase other dogs to her heart’s content.
Now, my baby goes 2 – 3 times a week. She LOVES it! She gets to play and interact with all of the other fur babies there and she isn’t cooped up at home when I have to go to work or leave and run errands. She doesn’t want to leave when I come pick her up, but 9 times out of 10 she passes out in the car on the way home. I’m very lucky to have found Pawliday Inn. I strongly suggest Pawliday Inn if you need puppy daycare or boarding services. They have a list of convenient services too, such as a chauffeur service or grooming, at very affordable prices. They treat my baby like she was one of their own and I find that very comforting.
