History
Established in 1968.
In 1958, Master Chef George Patry left his own hotel and restaurant on the Seine outside of Paris to pursue the American dream. With Mr. Patry as its original chef, The Old Warsaw of Dallas was voted Finest Restaurant west of the Mississippi. In the next few years, Chef Patry opened his own restaurant on McKinney Avenue. Patry’s became a mainstay of Dallas’ fine dining for 30 years.
Now George’s son Daniel and his wife carry on the tradition. Located in a converted house on Lovers Lane, «the charming «château» — Patry’s offers an intimate dining experience. The one-of-a-kind atmosphere is complemented by an attentive, veteran waitstaff recruited for their five-star experience.
