Papa John’s Pizza

0 STARS! Worst customer service ever. Manager doesn’t even know what info is on his co. website. Got lukewarm pizza delivered, 15 minutes late. No more PJ For me. At least not this one.

This location has gone downhill in the last few months. Moderately warm food, incorrect orders, missing items. I do not recommend ordering here.

Terrible customer service! My company ordered over 50 pizzas from them for my associates in a few split orders. When they did their 3^rd delivery according to them no one came down to get the pizzas. I called to apologize and to have them redelivered. When I called the young lady on the phone was very nice but I could hear her manager in the background screaming about how we were wasting her time. I then asked what number they had since one of my peers called it in, and I needed to know to let them know they messed up. They tried to say it was my number. I have no missed calls and the pizza was paid for and they can leave it with our security. To be yelled and lied to is unacceptable.

Papa John’s had always been one of MY favorites. I love the way their pizza taste every time. This location is right outside my apartments. We started having them deliver, we thought it would like quick and easy. But it takes them over 45 minutes for them to deliver which woukd be acceptable if we lived further away but we live walking distance. This Papa John’s just takes such a long time to deliver we have decided carry out is the beat thing for us. No other complaints about anything but the amount of time it takes. Pizza is always fresh and delicious.

Good tasty pizza, cheap and very fast service. We ordered the meat lovers and the cinnamon sticks and it was very good. The garlic butter is great also.

Affordable pizza that is actually decent! I’ve never bought «dessert», chicken wings or soda here but for my pizza «fix»…this is the place! And it helps that they deliver. *smile*

Awful delivery schedule

5 stars for customer service! The pizza tastes like any other Papa John’s location pizza, however, my customer service was amazing. I placed a carryout order online. When I went to my car to pick it up, I found that my battery was dead. I called and changed the order to delivery and walked down the street to rent a movie while I was waiting the 20 – 30 minutes for the delivery driver to come. About 10 minutes later, I received a call that the delivery driver, Sean, was waiting at my apartment. He graciously waited for me to get back home, then after I commented that my battery was dead when he asked how I was doing, he offered to jumpstart my battery for me. So, after cutting the delivery time in half, waiting for me to meet him, jump-​starting my car, giving me tips on letting the battery recover, and recommending that I get a fan belt replaced because of the sound it was making; I can attest that Sean, the delivery driver at the Dallas, TX Belt Line Rd store gave me the best customer service I have ever had, from anywhere, not just a pizza place. If not for him going above and beyond the extra mile to help me, I would have had to wait 2 days for my apartment office to open before I could get my battery jumped and use my car again.

Get on their email list b/​c you get great deals on cheap pizza. As far as cheap, chain pizza places this is my favorite.
