History
Established in 2000.
After apprenticing at a four-generation gelateria, Cristiana Ginatta, her husband Ugo, and his son Vincenzo, left their hometown in Torino, Italy, to start the first Paciugo gelateria in Dallas, Texas in 2000. Since then, the Ginatta family has created more than 200 delicious gelato flavors and have grown from their first store in Dallas to more than 43 locations in the nation and internationally.
