One Hour Business Cards

I had a very similar experience as the reviewer in 2014. I left some samples of materials I needed printing and was trying to match existing stock. I expressed the importance of matching my stock and asked multiple times if they could match paper and colors. I provided all art files. When I went to pick up the order, neither the paper or printing color was a match. When I asked why they didn’t call me to come in and approve before the run, the owner became rude, and verbally abusive is great way to put it. Very disappointing experience.

I ordered business cards here recently and was quite pleased with the experience. I was in awe of the multitasking skills of the woman working the counter. Like an air traffic controller she kept all customers present (there were 4 in the store) on our tasks and happy while also fielding incoming calls! AND she was cutting, printing and boxing orders up at the same time! It was pretty extraordinary to behold. A lesser person would have been totally stressed out but she was unruffled.
Everything was done as promised for me and seemed to be for everyone else I witnessed. I’m surprised more haven’t come here to offer praise. Definitely recommend. The only reason I didn’t go with 5 stars is I would have liked heavier weight choices of stock and parking isn’t great but I am happy.

The service is great and the product is great!!! I was on my way to a FedEx/Kinko’s and was not sure that what I needed would fit into their business card template. One Hour Business Cards has complete creative freedom and was able to accomplish what I needed, quickly and with outside the box thinking.
