History

Established in 1965.

Bob Dolton started this business in 1965. In 1981 Bob sold to a group of individuals that were apart of the group, Unique Indoor Comfort. Unique continued to grow with the acquisition of Hamilton Air Mart in 1986. Hamilton was kept as a separate entity until 1998 when the 2 companies were merged together. In 2003 the company decided to join a Franchise and changed it’s name at that time.

In March of 2012 the company was purchased by Randy Kelley. In March of 2013 Randy purchased the assets of Avery Air (a company in business since 1957) from bankruptcy. In October of 2013 he acquired SA Specialties of Dallas.

In January of 2014 the 10 year agreement with the franchise was up and the company decided to go in a different direction. That’s when On Time Experts was born.

This also allows the company to be able to offer different home services in the future.

Meet the Business Owner

Randy K.

Business Owner

Randy started with the company, Bob Dolton/​Unique Indoor Comfort, in 1986 as a parts runner and helped out in the office. He quickly became a service technician and did installs.

In 1988 Randy became the Service Manager. In this role he answered the phone scheduled the service calls, dispatched the technicians, ordered parts and equipment, filled inventory, processed daily paperwork and Renewed the Service Agreements.

In 1995 Randy was promoted to President/​General Manager. In this role he ran the day to day operations where he grew the company from 10 employees to a total of 30 when he purchased the business.

In March of 2012 Randy purchased the business. In 2012 and 2013 Randy grew the company by more than 52% each year and now employs more than 40 team members.
