Please teach your employees what trim marks are and weights of paper. Will never do business with any Office Depot again. One mess up after another.

Waited a while from service. One employee spoke to me, said he’d be back and never came. Another employee waited on me after 10 minutes. He was lovely. They get the job done, just make sure you have time to wait.

long lines, staff busy interacting with each other rather than the customers and moving them thru the check outs, just not a great consumer experience.

Had my best experience at this location from an employee named Austin. Polite & professional… Austin was more than happy to assist me thru out my visit. Thank you!

Whenever I’m in a pinch for office supplies, I run over to this Office Depot because they usually have what I need from Sharpies to binding supplies. Sometimes the customer service can be a bit off. I waited a while for someone to show up at the checkout counter and finally had to wave someone down.

This place must be totally hit or miss, I see other people have had great experiences here. The copy/print center staff have little expertise in printing and nowhere near the number of employees necessary. Biggest issue: The store can’t deliver what you order through the online printing service, though you won’t find that out until you show up to pick it up. The employees seem miserable and the whole place is a bit shabby; walking in feels like stepping back in time about a decade. The whole experience was«meh.»

Great location, great prices! This store location understands how to provide excellent customer service and every visit is a pleasure. I highly recommend them.

I purchased a file cabnet, put it together and have been using it as a bedside table. Perfect for what I needed until I wanted to use the bottom drawer for my files. I opened the drawer and the front of the drawer came off in my hand. Cheap cap for what I paid. Over $ 100. Never again. It’s made out of partical board not composition board. Beware of their furniture especially if you expect to use it.

The copy/print center is abysmal. The people working there do not know what they are doing or how to print properly. I mean I guess that’s what you get from an office max, but still. Printing double sided color stumped them for about 15 minutes then it took another 15 for them to realize they jammed their printer. It took me an hour to get in & out with my 12 prints. Was hoping it would take 20 min Next time I am for sure headed to a real print shop because the service & knowledge the workers have here is ridiculously under par.

Horrible copy center. 2 employees present don’t seem interested in assisting customers. Would rather talk with each other. Extremely unprofessional with Poor customer service. The employee I worked with had to «test print» my double sided document 3 times before getting it right. Will definitely not visit this copy center again.

The Unilocal description for two stars is ‘Meh. I’ve experienced better.’ which is what I can say about my most recent visit to Office Depot. I’ve never gone where I needed help, except for my last visit. I needed 7 loose sheets of thick paper for a resume/cover letter(which they sell in the printing section for around ten cents each). I expected this visit to take less than 5 minutes. It took 15 minutes. There were two people working in the print section, one was helping a customer but the other was watching something print. Literally, watching paper come out of the printer. I can see how this is an important part of the printing job, but had someone said to me ‘Can I help you’ and realized I need 7 loose sheets of paper, she could have gotten back to printer-watching in about 20 seconds. It took around 12 minutes for someone to finally ask if I needed help. No, I just want to stand here and watch you watch the printer. of course I need help. She got the paper I needed in about 20 seconds and handed it to me so that I could then wait in the check out line to pay and leave. Meh. I’ve experienced better.

Worst copy center ever. They’re slow, incompetent and don’t seen to care about helping each other as a team. I have come here twice. Never again. Jason is very slow and doesn’t have a sense of urgency.

Easy layout, staff bugs me every time I’m trying to run in and out, but they are just doing their job, making sure I have what I need, if I need help, or a rewards card. I’m sure if I ever needed help finding something they would be useful instead of annoying. Lots of signage, so finding what you need is easy, check-out line moves quickly. Parking is abundant.

This place has everything you need in the way of office items. What makes shopping there a pleasure is the customer service. A rep helped me search for house brand inkjet cartridges. Sadly, they didn’t have one for my Kodak printer although they have several others.

I’m getting used to reviewing«non-restaurants» so bear with me. This is my go to Office Store. The Employees that work her are ALWAYS super friendly and knowledgeable. They help you find exactly what you need to get you in and out as soon as possible. I was helped today by Ron who was very friendly and helped me figure out which page protectors would be best for the project I’m working on. They also take expired coupons(with in reason.) Which always makes my day!

These guys work really hard. There are some shady folks that frequent the area so I imagine they get tired of the crap. There’s a few realllly good employees there and a few managers who will do just about anything to please the customer. Big store, lots to choose from, always a sale.

I found what I needed straight away and at a way better price than I paid at another big-box office supply store!
