The customer service at this store is horrible. I called them at 8 am in the morning to make sure they did smart phone repair. The lady on the phone said yes but the tech doesn’t come in until 10 am. I said thats fine but will it still be same day fix? She said yes, no problem. I brought it in a noon. I talked with the store manger, because the rest of the staff where to busy standing around to help me. He was friendly, informed me they didnt have a tech coming in until 3. So i asked if it would still be same day. He said ya no problem, they would call someone in to work on it and it would be ready no later then 5. I ask for 4 because thats when i get off. He said it should not be a problem it only takes them an hour or so. I said great, paid for it and left. I arrived at 4 pm. They hadn’t called. I see the tech working on my phone. I ask what happened and he said they had problems getting it open… really? Can’t get it open? Isnt that the first step in phone repair one-oh-one. I will not be going back to this store again.

The workers are slow and honestly just don’t seem to be doing their jobs correctly or attentively. Most of them are not in the places that they should be and none of them are willing to give a helping hand! The place was not organized when I was there and the lines were«out the front door» so to speak. Everyone was kept waiting around and the workers are seriously just there hanging out and chatting with one another.

Love & Hate. That’s how I feel about Office Depot. On one hand, they always have what you need. On the other hand, they have such douchey company policies that you have to wonder why they aren’t 1 stars every where. I bought a printer. And I wanted to return it. They said it had to be the original store and original receipt. They turned a 2 minute transaction into a 2 day ordeal for me. Sort out of your return policies. Communicate them openly and honestly. And handle your scandal!
