I’ve been here twice in the last 18 months or so. 1^st for a herniated disc in my neck and more recently with a lower back issue. Mary Ellen and her team have been MIRACLE workers in getting me back to normal activities in a relatively short period of time.
And they send you away with a program to keep you on the right track and taking care of yourself.
They are friendly and professional and will get you on the right track for rehab.
If you need physical therapy or rehab, I HIGHLY recommend NTPT.

Honestly, I somewhat chose this location at random as it was near my office. I remember calling early June 2015 to set up my first appointment and was blown away at how professional and sweet Debbie at the front desk was. Everyone really at this location is more than professional and exhibits exceptional customer service skills.
My treatment consisted of recovery from surgery for a herniated disc. My first appointment was measurements and stretching. Three months later, I just wrapped up my last session of PT and am back at the gym. I have progressed so much in my time at NTPT and I have Mary Ellen and her staff to thank for it. Each week we progressed our exercises. The variety of different exercises was great too, and very encouraging. They took the time to explain the science behind what we were doing, making sure I utilized proper form. Additionally, they gave me homework I could do at home and at the gym on my own. I think the biggest take away was their teaching me proper form so as to not re-​injure myself.
In closing, the staff here at NTPT is beyond amazing. They really took the time to explain things to me, they genuinely care about their patients’ recoveries, and even went so far as to check in on me afterwards. I highly recommend Mary Ellen and NTPT!

I have used North Texas Physical Therapy for several series of treatments and have always been very pleased. Mary Ellen Nguyen has many years of experience and much expertise; she is also delightful to work with. The office is very professional and there is no waiting. You come in at your appointed time, start treatment and leave an hour later. I have already recommended Mary Ellen and her associates to several friends and will continue to do so.
