Business Owner

Laura Sheppard, M.S., CCC-​SLP has over 8 years of experience as a Speech & Language Pathologist. Before working for North Dallas Speech, she worked in a public elementary school where she evaluated and treated children ages 5 – 12 years old with a variety of speech and language disorders, along with creating and monitoring Individualized Education Plans for each student.

Laura received her Master of Science degree in Communication Disorders from The University of Texas at Dallas. Prior to that, she received her Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from The University of Texas at Austin. Laura is licensed by the Texas State Board of Examiners for Speech Pathology and is certified by the American Speech-​Language Hearing Association.
