Hate this nail shop, all the tech sit there and laugh while talking super loud in their native language! Like how rude really extremely unprofessional of them. Also nail are always thick and they are rushing to finish all the time. HATEHATETHISNAILSHOP

Very nice place. Horrible work. I need a fill and color change. The corners if my thumb nails got no attention at all. So as of right now, I can see the nail hanging out of the acrylic. HORRIBLE. The paint on my nails are also bad. Chipped right off after 5 hours. The only reason I came to this place was because my regular nail salon is closed on Sundays and I had a nail emergency. Ugh! I hate cheating on my regular salon! But I’m definitely not coming back to this place.

Very disappointed in my experience here. I had to wait almost 30 minutes even though there were technicians sitting around not working. The lady applying the gel nails did a very poor job. She used a paintbrush to remove polish she got on my cuticles instead of doing a careful job applying the paint in the first place. I still ended up with paint on my cuticles. I doubt these nails last even a week before chipping. Additionally, she spent very little time on the manicure and as a result my cuticles look terrible. I wouldn’t recommend this place and will not be returning.

HORRIBLE!!! HORRIBLE!!! I can’t say it enough. :( This was my first attempt at getting gel nails and will probably be my last. I’m scarred for life! What was supposed to only take 30 minutes took about 2 hours. I’m not sure if the nail tech that I landed even knew what she was doing. She applied coat after coat after coat that after all that my nails were clumpy. I knew something was wrong when she and the other nail techs were speaking in their language. The expressions on their face said it all. I asked if everything was okay and they said all was fine. After 15 minutes of trying to fix the clumpiness the nail tech even gave up and said she was just going take it off and redo it. So one of the other nail techs came and told her to hold on and she tried to fix my nails by adding more coats to it. Smh. That CLEARLY didn’t work. It only made it worse. What was even a bigger bother was that they were speaking to each other right in front of me about the situation and not directly at me. Very rude. My friend told them that instead of talking to each other about the problem they should’ve been talking to me about it to try and make the situation better. I was so frustrated at that point that I told them I wanted it off. So she soaked my fingers in acetone a second time and had to scrape off the gel off my nails. My cuticles were bleeding and they hurt so bad. Once she scraped the gel completely off I got up and she said I only had to pay $ 20?! For the manicure part?! I was actually shocked that they still tried to charge me. I argued with them and walked out and I did not pay. I was almost in tears. My fingers hurt so much!!! Never again!!! DONOTGETGELNAILSHERE!!! Unless you want scraped nails and bleeding cuticles.
